Dr Sista is a caring doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and works with you to get you the best care possible. I moved to Arizona approximately 2 years ago and after seeing other doctors/PAs I finally found Dr Sista.

Dr. Sista was great, as was her assistant, but her receptionist, Janet, was unprofessional, and without compassion. I heard her respond to a phone call by saying "no, we don't have anyone here that can translate Spanish." After she hung up she said to the receptionist on the other side, regarding the phone call, "Learn English. I'm so sick of catering...." I don't think I can go back to a place where the first person you see acts and thinks this way

Visited office regarding Left upper abdominal pain. Satyadevi R Sista dismissed my list of symptoms and quickly determined I was having acid reflux. (One relief/symptom, pain always went away when laying down) Anyway, after 2nd opinion with x-rays, else ware: rib out of place causing pain.

She listens and seems to genuinenly care. So far she's been the only doctor that did something to help me.

Dr. Sista was very nice and made me feel at ease with my appointment. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very good at answering and returning phone calls!

No one EVER answers the phone at her office!!! I'm starting to think she shut down her practice! She has my lab results and I need another appointment and no one has picked up the phone for WEEKS!
