Good staff and service. I would recommend this office for any dental services

Do yourself a a personal and financial favor, do not under any circumstances come to this dental office. First I will give credit where it is due. The staff is really welcoming and nice and the dentists are very personable and treat you well. But where they get you is to prey on your wallet and not being educated on what is needed. My wife and I went there several times without issues, then my wife had an issue and we spent a ton of money on a root canal from their "specialist" when they are available. After follow up visit, suddenly there were way more issues and they sent us a quote of around $15,000 and were pressuring us the importance of how this needs to be done ASAP. We left to ponder the decision. We went and got a 2nd opinion from a family practice, my wife brought the quote with her. When we showed them the quote I have never seen a dentist in so much shock for how wrong the quote was and how much of that she didnnot need. My wife indeed needed more work done and the extra cleaning and care was less than $500 at the family practice. Now that leads to today.... my wife developed a sharp toothache from where the root canal was done. She had to get it retreated and fixed to try andstop the pain that has developed. The specialist we used today said that whoever did the root canal before did a bad job and that things were not done right. So because of this scottsdale and shea dental group screw up I have to watch my wife agonizing in pain trying to fix the mess they created because of their cash grabbing and poor care Their "specialist" should not be allowed to perform on anyone or anything ever again.

Best office staff ever I have been bringing my children there for eight years. They may not be a pediatric dentist, but they are so helpful in getting my kids comfortable and talking to them so they understand what’s happening to relieve any nerves when going to the dentist I would recommend them for anybody of any age

Dr Miaoulis is the best of the best! He does amazing work and the whole team is always so welcoming. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Very update equipment. All the latest instruments and tools, to do some amazing results with your teeth. They can do a crown in less than an hour with this water jet machine and porcelain square mold. It’s computerized so it fits perfect and is already shaped for your bite. Both Dentists are very personable , well trained and put you at ease immediately. The Hygienists did a very thorough job on both my husband and I and we didn’t leave there in any discomfort. We were new to the area and really afraid of finding the right dentist as we have complicated dental situations. I highly recommend this group!

I'm not normally one to leave reviews when I'm dissatisfied with the service. Generally I just Shake the Dust from my feet and walk away. However, the experience that I had with this Dental company has given me pause and I wanted to share for anyone who might be considering getting their teeth taken care of at this place. When I arrived, I was greeted in a warm and friendly way and was almost immediately taken back from my dental appointment though I was early. The assistance were very nice and even offered a blanket in a cold area of the office to ensure I was comfortable I was asked if I would like water to drink which I declined but was glad that it was a kindness offered. Now comes the part of my experience that has given me pause with this group as to whether they actually have our dental health and well-being in mind. I was told that I have seriously inflamed gums and would need a more deep cleaning than usual. Which is fine. I'm not adverse to taking care of medical needs as they come up. However, on a teacher's salary and my husband is not making very much, we have bills to pay and we have other priorities. I continued to be pushed on for this service which initially they quoted me over $600 for this cleaning. When I expressed to them that I could not afford this, they did come back and offer me an option where the cost would be $200. They removed some of the additional services and tried to bring the bill down to within reason for me. However, this was still not within my reach given that my husband and I are trying to work through some Financial issues. I asked if it could be broken down further, to which they said no it would not be productive. Additionally, they told me that I would have to get the right side of my mouth done and then I can come back no later than 30 days to get the left side done even though I had expressed to them that that was not a financial possibility for me. In the end, I decided against pursuing the treatment for now despite pressure to do otherwise. Once I gave them my final answer however I was escorted from the office and told that they would not be doing any kind of cleaning for me today. I found that to be very unprofessional and it felt retaliatory because I did not accept their services. They explained that a regular cleaning would not be beneficial, but never at any time was I told that if I refuse the deeper cleaning, that they would not treat me at all. I would encourage anyone considering this office to give great pause to that decision because if you have a dental situation that is outside the norm that is not covered by your insurance, you might find yourself pressured into paying outrageous fees that are not within your budget and having stuff tell you that you are doing a great disservice to your teeth if you do not do it the way they say to do it even if it does not work for your budget or for your ability to make payments. If you do decide to pursue treatment at this office, please do so with caution and go in knowing what to expect and what your boundaries are. Unfortunately, you could find yourself in the position that I am in where they refuse to treat you because you asserted your boundaries and did not want to pay the fees that you could not afford to pay.

This guys told me I had to do a work of $10000 and it was such a lie. I when to a different clinic for a second opinion and I literally had nothing to fix my teeth where perfect.

Doctor Fogerty was very warm, professional & easy to talk to, Natalie who cleaned my teeth was professional & very nice. I always have the best experience in this office & highly recommend them!!
