List of Sheldon Roberts's Reviews
Dr. Roberts always takes time to listen and then explain all the options. He is also very personable and very competent. His PA is also very good. A great team. Highly recommended.
Excellent. Patient, through and personal. Need I say more!
My husband saw Dr. Roberts for fluctuating PSA #"s. He had an MRI and it showed a tumor, had a MRI Fusion scheduled in the office but the morning (Oct. 22nd) of the procedure the office called to tell us they needed to reschedule (after the entire prep was done) for another day. Still no reschedule date set. Asked to have medical records mailed to us, (Oct 22nd) received an email from Deanna stating they 'are in the mail' still haven't received them. Picked up a copy (Oct 26th) and after reviewing them noticed they are not correct, asked Deanna to have the Dr. fix them and she said they would be fixed that day ( Oct 27th) and emailed to us. Still have not received them. Would not recommend this office especially Dr. Roberts as his staff are not helpful and do not do what they say they will do. I've left messages for Dr. Roberts and Stacy the office manager to contact me, but they haven't... my guess is they aren't getting my messages. Just fix my husbands records and sent to me.
I have been seeing Dr Roberts for years. He and his staff have been excellent. When he moved his practice, I immediately followed him, without any hesitation. Recently I have seen Tiffany Ly a PA on their staff. She is excellent as well. She is easy to talk to, and explains things in a clear and easy to understand way. Her communication skills are excellent. I tend to have questions (usually ...
Dr. Roberts gave me my life back. He was my third opinion. My previous opinion wanted to do a more invasive procedure, and failed to do a proper examination. Dr. Roberts, who described himself as Old School, gave me the proper examination and insisted that I use a catheter to drain my bladder and to keep it in until I was able to have the Green Light procedure, after 2 weeks or so. I had a difficult case I was told, with a huge medial prostate lobe. However, the surgery was really un-eventful, and I was told that he used a combination of Green Light and Turp procedures. After the surgical catheter was removed, in 3 or 4 days, I was going to the bathroom like I was a teenager, it was amazing for me. They even trained me to use a self-catheter, which wasn't as bad as I thought. Thankfully, I don't even need that any more. His staff was very friendly and especially supportive as well. He gets all my stars. Thank you again Doc!!!
Dr Roberts really cares. He performed laser surgery and also did a follow up biopsy as per his recommendation, and I had no problems. Great dr>
I find Dr. Roberts easy to talk with and don't feel that he is trying to rush you out the door. Has always been very willing to answer all my questions.
Dr. Roberts saved my life in 1995 from prostate cancer. Wish he was still in Kansas, but I understand why he had to move.
He really is the best Doctor I have ever been to , he cares about his patients.
Health concerns had to be initiated by me, there seem to a lack of knowledge and interest in pursuing a diagnosis of my issues. Spends VERY little time with patients (5 minutes tops) , LOVES writing prescriptions and having you fill out the same paperwork each visit, the 1-10 tests are his priority.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
