After a car accident, I went to the fashion square location in Scottsdale for imaging. I am disabled with a mobility aid. The first time the staff were helpful and assisted me throughout the process. The second time, the MRI tech not only did not even pass me my cane when I needed it they kept saying louder and louder at me “I can’t remember what side it was” referencing what arm I use my cane. Not even thinking to ask if I am ok to stand or even doing well physically after the imaging. They rushed me out of the imaging space and never even asked if I needed help exiting the area. I had to call my husband to open the door to the lobby just so I could exit. I was appalled by the ableism and discrimination I endured at this SimonMed location. Anyone who is disabled or concerned about racism or any other form of discrimination, do not go to this location. I implore you to find somewhere the staff will treat you with basic human dignity & respect!

Very smooth MRI! Brian makes it even better! More open than i remember. WOOHOO!!! And the early morning front desk "Lady" was super calming as I very nervous! Thanks Simon Med!

I had an MRI yesterday and the tech was lousy. She was not supportive or reassuring in any way. She acted like she just didn’t care. She did not talk to me at all during the study. I have never had a tech be so unhelpful and cold. I will never go back to this particular Simon Med facility for an MRI in case she is working that day.
