No x-ray tech in Tempe. 1-2 hour wait in Mesa. Finally in Scottsdale it was a 30 minute wait. Dirty gross lobbies during covid. they just churn and burn through patients and don't even read a chart.

Thee Best Simon Med I've ever been to. I drive 45+ each way just to get my MRIs done at this location twice a year.

People are extremely helpful and professional.Office and Machines for testing are spread out and in a maze. The scanners seem old and the whole place needs a refresh. Also don’t have access to a patient portal. Strictly old school.

I arrived early to my appointment and they offered to get me in 45 minutes early. The staff at the front desk was helpful and nice. They lady that called my name for my CT was also very nice and was able to answer any questions I had.

I am really disappointed with Simon med. From the beginning, it was very difficult to schedule my MRIs. I was told that only Marta could do it. Marta never called me. I could not reach her. When I asked representatives to elevate to their manager I was promised a call. That never happened. I finally did get my test scheduled.When I went into the office on 92nd St., Sam at the counter, had an immediate attitude. He made me stand in the middle of the waiting room and would not let me come up to the counter until he directed me to do so. At the counter, he handed me paperwork. I told him I completed that online and he seemed flustered. But then he did figure out that I had already done the paperwork online. He later told me I owed $550 which I paid. I paid because I wanted to have my studies done but I knew I had zero co-pay and zero deductible. I asked him to look into that and he said he was speaking with billing. He did seem quite irritated with me. This interact got me upset and I started having pain. I sat down in the waiting room and I must’ve pulled my mask down. Because he directed me to pull my mask above my nose. Later, I was called back for my study. And only at that time when I walked by Sam did he tell me that I would be receiving a refund.It makes me sad to see people treat patients in this way. Generally, we are there because we are in pain and the compassion was absolutely absent. I will not be going back to Simon med
