Taylor, the technician, was wonderful; very pleasant and professional. The front desk staff, however, were curt boardering on rude. Although I had scheduled the appointment on the previous day I was told the insurance was still not authorized when I got there. When I inquired why that wasn't done I was told "we are very busy" and I care about that---why?? These individuals were arrogant and do not belong in any position having to do with patient care. I would reconsider if I needed to schedule at that location in the future.

I had a CT scan with contrast done at Mountainview office. The CT technician was beyond my expectations. She was able to insert the IV catheter on the first attempt which rarely happens due to scared vein from chemotherapy. Her positive attitude made the experience of getting the scan stress free. Five stars to her

Dr Columbo and Taylor are awesome! I had a biopsy done. They explained everything perfectly and made me feel at ease. Fantastic. Thank you because I was so worried

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband has insurance. We understand that it applies to the deductible, however we received a phone call a day before to confirm. My husband drove an hour to be at his appointment as asked. He checks in and was told he would have to pay $2000 before he can get the scan. Where did this come from. He stepped out to call me, we were trying to move money around, I asked him to go back in and see if they could take a minimum down due to it being Saturday and we had to wait for the remainder of the money to be transferred. The door was locked and lights shut off from 20 minutes. Ridiculous that there is no heads up on financials. I called and the call center transferred me to a voicemail. Definitely going to a different imaging center.

Simon Med Mountain View is an exceptional facility. The entire staff is professional, kind and friendly.Specifically, Jai, the tech who tended to me, is absolutely wonderful. She is excellent at her job. She is very caring and certainly made my experience a positive one.

I’ve had my imaging done here for years. The staff- everyone from front desk to technicians are awesome! They are professional, helpful and getting an appointment for 4 different things at the same day was so convenient since I live in Tempe. And the results of the tests were in the patient’s portal within 24 hours!!! In this time of challenges with healthcare- Simon Med is consistently there serving patients with a smile! Thanks Simon Med staff!
