As the owner at Pathways Counseling Services, we are very intentional about who we refer our clients to — and I can confidently say that Christine Sinner is someone we trust completely. Christine is incredibly easy to work with, professional, detail-oriented, and truly compassionate in her approach. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs and creates thoughtful, individualized nutrition plans that support both physical and mental well-being. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her clients and their long-term success. We regularly refer our clients to Christine for their nutritional needs, and I would not hesitate for a moment to continue doing so. She is a wonderful resource and an excellent partner in supporting whole-person health.

As a longtime eating disorders specialist therapist in CA, I had heard positive things about Kristine Sinner’s work for years. Then, I had the pleasure of working with her a few times. Kristine is a bit of a unicorn, IMO. She has a vast knowledge of eating disorders, but she also seems to specialize in various complex medical conditions combined with eating disorders—which I imagine is a difficult thing to do competently. My clients and I have benefitted greatly from her knowledge, care, humor, and grace. Also, she's been a responsive, strong team player each time we’ve worked together. I do not hesitate to refer patients with eating disorders, patients with complex combinations of eating disorders and medical conditions, or people who might need a higher level of eating disorder care soon to Kristine. She’s shown me repeatedly that she gives attentive, thoughtful, and skilled care.

I have been privileged to work with Kristine & Chelsea. They are absolutely amazing! This is a classy, gentle, respectful, and highly capable establishment. I trust them 100% with my needs and concerns.

Kristine is the best dietician that I could ask to have as I walk through my eating disorder. She is someone I felt like I could trust from the very first time I met her because of how genuine she is. I remember after I started seeing Kristine she told me that she wasn’t ever going to give up on helping me, and she has stayed so true to that statement. That is who she is. Kristine is the best person to have in your corner and I am forever grateful to her for the ways she continues to support me through some of my tougher days. She pushes me towards my goals, give me resources and plans to help me achieves those goals, and always reminds me of the reasons why I am fighting to get better. I count myself as blessed to have Kristine and Diana on my care team.

Kristine has been an integral part of our daughters recovery. She has gone above and beyond for our entire family. Kristine fought when I didn’t think I could anymore. She is compassionate yet firm. Kristine looks at the whole person and tailors treatment to their needs. My daughter would not be where she is today without Kristine. I have and will continue to refer clients to this practice.

Kristine and her team have knowledge, skills and compassion to assist people in improving their relationship with food unlike anything I have ever experienced in over 40 years of seeking help. I recommend them 100%. Kristine is the first person out of many I have worked with who really "gets it". She is wonderful to work with.

i was so excited to find a treatment center that wasn’t rosewood or rosewood related!! and then the dietician that they put me with ALSO FREAKING WORKS AT ROSEWOOD!!! i specifically went to sinnergy and paid almost $200 for a 90 minute talk where barely anything got talked about because she didn’t have her computer so she didn’t read any of the questions i previously answered. and then she kept defending rosewood the whole time when that’s a place that traumatized me a lot. which i told them. but it’s one of the only places i could find that wouldn’t force you into residential treatment. wish i could have gotten literally any help. but just wasted 2 hours of my time and $200!!!!

My lifeline and safe person. Wouldn't be here today without her. A blessing to this earth. Thank you.
