Love love love Dr Beth been coming to her for almost 2 years now. It’s always a warm welcoming when I walk in so that’s a big plus. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I think you will be very pleased to have someone like her who keeps you on your toes about your dental hygiene. I lacked a little bit with mines but because of her and her team I stay on top of it. You won’t be disappointed at all.
Dr Beth is great!-Lyndon, Tammy and all the other people there really care about you and your smile! I am really happy that I found them. Thanks guys!
Upper and lower dentures did never fit properly and the uppers kept falling out and now I've had him fall out and break
I wish I had known Dr. Beth six years ago before I trusted the University Dental school. I suffered with poorly made dentures. I beg everyone to call & make an appointment. I am 75 years old & this is the first time I've left an appointment very happy. Dr Beth & her team put me at ease, made me laugh, made the extra time for my mouth which I figured it would be. After all these years I have a wonderful group of people who are so respectful & just a lovely group. Claudia Linton
Kind, professional, ethical. Emphasis on educating patients. Both my hygienist Shay and Dr. Beth were very receptive to my curiosity and many questions! The staff has A1 customer service. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 5 years (oops) — I’m so glad my partner and I chose to come here, we feel like we’re in good hands. Plus always happy to support a local business. Even go out of their way to give out little zippered goodie bags that I can reuse as a travel pouch :-)
This dentist said I had 7 cavities only to find out from a second exam , I only had 1 Stay away
Laura is a great hygienist combining technology with old school detail and personality. Will definitely be back.
Dr. Beth is very thorough! Friendly staff! Small family practice that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone is very knowledgeable and is willing to answer any questions.
Is absolute terrible customer service. Had to cancel my daughter's dental appointment due to medical seizure. The dental office demanded same day cancellation fee. And now because they had an attitude and my daughter had a little bit back with them. There's no longer going to serve us. It's nice to know the customer service no longer Exists even with people that serve view in dental emergencies or what not. We were a new patient. We didn't even get a chance to even go to the dental office. And they treated my daughter so poorly. I would be happy to provide screenshots if you would like to see just how their front end staff treats people. I get it COVID, really hurt a lot of businesses. However you don't take it out on Patience If your medical firm can't afford to be in business and has to charge a fee due to actual medical conditions. You shouldn't be in business and you obviously can afford to be an operation.
Very salesy - every time i would come in, it would be a constant upsell or add on of things like teeth whitening and dental work i recently found out wasnt even needed. Staff messed up on scheduling multiple times and then tried to charge me for no shows. The dental work wasnt horrible but overall experience not great. At one point the dentist had her 18 year old daughter working on or lets say practicing on me during a cleaning.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
