I have to have yearly exams because I had radiation. I have to worry about one cancer because I treated another cancer. This comes with a level of anxiety i don't wish on anyone. I feel very secure and watched by Dr. Kranc and her team. The entire practice is welcoming and professional. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is nice. Dr. Kranc was attentive, thorough and helpful. She took time to explain things to me and make helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this practice and will be utilizing them in the future.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Adam Luber. He has an absolutely terrible bedside manner. He would probably be a good pathologist. While knowing I work in the medical field myself, he was patronizing and condescending, and talked to me like he thought I was a total idiot. He spent less than 10 minutes with me, as a new patient. Didn't ask anything about my medical history, medications, allergies, etc (and I have a pretty interesting and complicated history that is relevant). He clearly wanted to get in and get out as quickly as possible and didn't want to thoroughly evaluate my concerns, even when I kept pointing things out and asking questions. There seemed to be some presumptions and biases on his part, and I would not suggest this doctor if you are overweight. Actually, I would not recommend him to anyone. The office staff was quite nice when I vocalized that I had walked out because I had such a bad experience with him. The office manager was also nice and helpful. From what I understand, Dr. Luber is the son of the practice owner. Take from that statement what you will.

An efficient office without feeling rushed! I’ve been to a couple of dermatologists and did not have a good experience. And I especially hate when I’m made to wait a long time to be taken back and then even longer to see a Dr. The office had me back in a room 10 minutes after my appointment which was amazing for a medical practice! Dr. Kranc was thorough, answered all my questions and made me comfortable, even though you feel a little exposed at this type of appointment. She will definitely be my dermatologist moving forward!

Kudos to the office staff on 92nd Street for seeing patients on time, a rarity in the medical profession! As always, Dr Kranc is thorough, pleasant and takes time to listen to any concerns and answer all questions a patient might have. Her assistant also helped create a calm and soothing experience before and after my skin biopsy.
