I usually don't post a review but this time... people need to know about success. I had multiple areas of pain from my low back stenosis and was miserable. I went to Dr. Lee for an epidural injection and woke up the next day pain free and able to move around without complaints. Thank you so much. I am extremely grateful! Also office staff and all other medical professionals were wonderful and no delay in my appointment. Thank to them as well! Susan G.
Back here again to have my other knee taken care of with gel shots. I had the right knee done and it still feels great 2yrs later! Fingers crossed the left knee does as well.
Dr Lee, is by far the best pain doctor, bed side manner second to none, he follows up after your procedure, highly recommend them!
Was turned away cause I didn't have my paperwork filled out. Told them I'm happy to fill out the paperwork after or during my visit with the dr... which I arrived early to do...of course was told I couldn't do that. This is the most unprofessional experience ever. Don't have people book appointments then turn them away and or ask them to comeback later. I could understand if I was late to my appointment but that is the case here...How this place of so called rehabilitation/wellness even an operating practice.... I do not recommend
Had a follow up appointment after a procedure with Kyra Farkas. It was on a Wednesday at 1 pm. Traffic was tight due to an accident. When I walked into the office my iPhone said it was 1:02 pm. At desk lady didn't even look up, but said, "Ms. ---- did you know your appointment was for 1 o'clock?" I said it was only 1:02 pm. Her response was, "not by my clock! You'll have to reschedule." There were no other patients in the waiting room. I went crazy! I Mentioned that once before they'd left me sitting in waiting room for over half an hour waiting for my appointment. I got no apology, no explanation! Terrible, entitled, arrogant people!! I got my records and went elsewhere.
Dr. Lee is the best, but Maria who answered the phone was totally rude and would not get a message to Dr. Lee so I could consult with him about a medication.
Dr. Lee is beyond excellent. My husband has a bad back and Dr. Lee with a few procedures was able to move the pain level from a 10 to a 2. What a difference a great Doctor makes! Many thanks to all at this office. Everyone plays a part with a good outcome.
Unfortunately turned away because "paper work" was not completed prior to the appointment time. I expressed we did not have access to a printer (the email they originally sent was blank but with a PDF attachment) and the receptionist argued with me saying "most patients have access to printers" - quite arrogant. They were uncooperative and unwilling to accommodate the appointment time - they assumed it would take "15 minutes to complete paperwork" and the doctor "had a meeting scheduled at 11". Sorry, but no doctor requires an hour and a half (the apt was for 9:30) for a consultation. My feedback - send the online web link with the initial email instead of a ridiculous PDF.
After four cervical surgeries and three lumbar surgeries, all with fusions at several levels, I needed a pain doctor to help me, to listen and number one...to actually care about me. Dr. Anthony Lee is, hands down, the best in all areas. He listens, makes eye contact, he's trustworthy, and will NOT treat you like 'just another number'. I would never trust any other doctor. From the front office, to the back, his staff is top-notch. If you need a doctor who will care about you, and wants to help make you feel better, stop the search and call Dr. Anthony Lee!
I have been a patient of Dr. Anthony Lee's since early 2014 after an injury in severe turbulence slammed me into an aircraft armrest rendering me useless for months. Dr. Lee was at another practice then, Southwest Sports and Spine. He was a fabulous physician then and one that , despite seeing others, that I chose to see , ( even if there was a wait for an appointment), time and time again. Dr. Lee listens ; answers questions thoroughly and gives options on care for pain management.. In my case for my spine. When Dr. Lee left the last practice, I followed him to Synergy. I'm just very thankful he stayed in the valley! In fact, I find this new office to be way more convenient than where I used to see him in Tempe. I will do anything to avoid major surgery on my spine and for now , I am able to manage this trauma and pain associated with it, that could have been career ending with measures outside of surgery. Not only that , I trust Dr. Lee, that's very important in a patient/physician relationship, to me. I personally feel that after this many years of being under Dr. Lee's care dealing with this one trauma / injury , he knows me , my case , how I deal with meds ( I don't !) and even my companies endless need for paperwork when I have to be out for a few days. His new office and staff are nice and professional. They were all courteous; professional and smiling!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
