Where to start. I'm in end stage heart failure and have been under mayo's care since Feb 2022, going through the transplant evaluation. May 2022 I was laid off from my job and at the same time they put me on a picc line {IV} heart medicine that I'm on 24/7. I'm still looking for a job about to lose my home and everything else but that's another issue. Once I was unable to make a $26,000 payment they went in and canceled my portal so now I can't reach any of my doctors and I'm still on this picc line. I don't know if I'm still supposed to be on it, and if so I don't know if the dose was supposed to change. The home health care company and nurse I use have not heard from the Mayo either. At this point I have one foot in the grave and and on a banana peel. My health has declined a lot. I'm in serious trouble and I don't know what to do. And good luck getting anyone on the phone.

LONG waiting time to be seen in ER and ONLY Hospital in Arizona that still requires the wearing of a mask especially for cardiac and cancer patients who have difficulty breathing. Mayo Clinic believes their name puts them ahead of all other Healthcare institutions which may be true for them in other parts of the country but here in Arizona, there are MUCH better options available for your care.

Dropped off my aunt; she had several appointments for the day. Everyone was eager to assist. Time passed by quickly also when people just love to chat with you 😊 (I'm a recent CA transplant and pleasantly surprised by the AZ friendliness). My aunt also gushes about the care and service she receives here each time she has an appointment. Thank you Mayo staff ❤️

I've been treated at Mayo hospital for over 5 years. I have an auto immune disorder and they are the only place that knew what I have and what to do! Very caring and helpful.
