Impressively bad customer service. Part of 4C Medical. They got my prescription wrong for 1 and then upon trying to fix it, they assured me they'd have everything fixed quickly and I called back 6 times within 2 days and eventually it became we'll fix it within 24 hours. It never got fixed and they won't put you through to the office so you're stuck talking to their call center. Edit: I just went there in person to get it all sorted out and they basically yelled at me and said they had 72 hours to get it done...so I'm still in a holding position wondering/waiting, will I get my prescription and when? Plus, not only did they send in the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, but later on the pharmacy told me they had to cancel it because they sent it under the wrong profile.

Was reading a comment from one of the patient that was being told he was fat and needed to lose weight....and he got upset.....the truth hurts..the doctor needs to tell you the truth ! That's what doctors do. They tell you the truth

My lab results were not provided timely. Her staff does not respond to messages left after 4 days. Her staff or her. Did or could not explain lab results,!, ,

Dr. Djurisic is friendly, attentive and very thorough. I have been guided to my best health in years with these Doctors, Dr. Djurisic and Dr. Sawalla The office is bright and clean. Savannah, the staff person at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful even though it was obvious that she was very busy. I was late, but she worked me in anyway. Jennifer, Dr. Djurisic's PA, is great taking me through the initial steps of my patient appointment, measuring my vitals and clarifying information in regards to my needs. She was friendly and engaged, which I appreciate quite a bit. I have been a patient of Dr. Djurisic's four years, the quality of care encompasses the 4 C's. Based on my experience and that of my Family, I would certainly recommend anyone to Dr. Djurisic and 4C Medical.

If you are not in pinnacle health, get ready to be belittled and made fun of in your appointment. Yes, I am over weight currently, but this is what I dealt with. The nurse incorrectly did my blood pressure, and when they redid the test upon my request it was at 120/80. When they first did it, the results were 140/90, and I was almost made fun of like I was about to have a heart attack. Real nice. When I referred to my body fat around 6% as an athlete in high school and as a division 1 athlete, her response was only, “what has gone horribly wrong since then.” Her only other response in our checkup was, “you need to loose weight and a lot of it.” Again I am not denying being overweight, and I need to put in some work, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the doctors. It was like being bullied by a overly skinny narrow minded white coat from her ivory tower. If you want to have a good experience, don’t go here.

Fantastic!!! Dr Djurisic is the kindest, sweetest doctor I have ever seen. I have been a patient of hers now for many years, but every time I see again, it reminds why I continue to do so! She spends so much uninterrupted time listening to me, answering my questions and helping me solve all my health problems. Her genuine concern for my health and well-being comes through. She NEVER makes me feel rushed or like just another patient. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent PC who truly cares.

Me and my wife visit her and she is very good and understanding. i would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Edit:I am changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars and reason for same given below: In 2019 I got my general check up as scheduled and I have high count of one of blood parameters and it was same during 2018 tests and that is due to genetics. After getting the blood work done I got call from doctor's office as expected but this time Dr's Assistant told me she has been adviced by doctor to check what has caused my one parameter to be high. When I told her it is same as 2018 report she was clueless and said she will check with doctor and get back. I understand I am not some important person that Doctor has to remember my medical history but one thing I did not like was I did not get call back again to confirm everything is fine. Fast forward 2020 pandemic strikes no Doctor visit yet.
