Admitted to Honor Health emergency with infected gall bladder (complicated by heart attack). This doctor kept a cool head and I survived. If you need a good surgeon, Dr. Tom Wolvos is the one to request.

I did not have a good experience with this doctor and at this wound clinic. He referred me to another plastic surgeon which made my situation even worse. After 8 month under his treatment, my wound went from .5 cm to 5 cm. Finally I found another clinic, and another doctor and the wound closed. I felt that he did not care enough, he did not listen enough.

Could not be less pleased with his care. Even the nurses could not agree with him. He does not show any level of competence in any delivery of medicine. I needed a second opinion it was so absurdly bad

I was referred to Dr. Wolvos after the skin graft from my 1st surgery failed. During my first visit, when I was very afraid and emotionally wrecked he said "I've got this, you're under my care now." And he did! He and his team could not have been more supportive and they got me through one of the toughest times of my life. They made me aware of opportunities through health insurance that I didn't even know about (in home nursing care). I'm off to hike Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon and couldn't have done it without him! Thank you!

much to my surprise I ended up in the hospital with acute appendicitis that had perforated....Dr Wolvos performed the surgery and by all accounts did an excellent job....thanks Doc for a job well done....wayne

My first impression with Dr. Wolvos was not the best, he seemed a bit cold, but after spending more time with him this is not true. He is a man of few words, but if you ask him questions he is very good at giving information to help you understand. I was in hyperbaric treatments for 30 days and saw him 4 times throughout. The treatment was very helpful and the staff there is amazing.
