List of Valley Pain Consultants - North Scottsdale's Reviews
Dr.Haddad is an excellent Pain Specialist with great patient interaction. She is a good listener and a highly educated and skilled Doctor in her field of expertise. I would highly recommend Dr Haddad and the Staff at Innovative Pain and Wellness to meet All your medical needs. Give them a call today, it will be the best call your body could ask for! You will never regret it. Dr.Haddad is truly the BEST!!!
Dr. Haddad is the kindest and cares about her patients very much. She has gone above and beyond for me in my pain management. The whole staff has been kind and helpful. They even offer ketamine treatments. I highly recommend them for patients with chronic pain.
Dr Haddad and her staff are very professional and caring. I have been visiting this office for over 15 years, I have never had a bad experience.
I’ve been here twice now and I have no complaints. They’ve been prompt, respectful, and responsive with what I’ve needed. I’ve been to a couple pain management doctors and left them because they were impossible to communicate with regarding appointments. This office has been great so far.
Dr. Christine Haddad and her staff are amazing!! I’ve been seeing her since 2024 and if you’re neurodivergent (she is nice) even when you think ope this person doesn’t wanna help me … SHE does you just have to communicate with them and make sure if you have a hard time with that to make a list!! But with my experience she will do everything she can for you and THAT says so much more to me that she cares!! The staff is great offices kept very well smells nice in office and clean and a calm environment and atmosphere
Dr. Haddad. Her assistant, Lena and Julio wonderful taking care of me And other patients I see how they treat elderly people very kind and caring With all honesty, I can say all the stuff here is very, very nice
Job well done keep doing the good job, very kind people who really care about the patient GOD BLESS You ALL.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE WALKING. There so call appointment setter ERICA is very rude and likes to leave threatening voice messages. I was there for help on my back pain. First words out of Christina had dad mouth was “what do you want from me” she did not introduce herself . She just came in the room with a bad attitude. I should’ve just left but I gave her the benefit of doubt. My very painful mistake never again. Once a so called doctor comes into the room without introducing themselves am leaving without me being the first to introduce myself.
Always nice.
I had a video conference to discuss the cat scan of my entire spin. I have no idea who the person I talked to was. She briefly went over my stimulator which she did not seem to know had been turned off for a month. The video was breaking up and I could not understand what she was saying. I tried to tell her what the conference was for and could not get her back. I told her I was leaving the practice. She hung up. I have not had a good experience with this practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
