Jessica Castillo a so-called surgical technologist should be screened for drug usage. She's been fired all over the valley, has a criminal record and shouldn't be allowed anywhere in a operating room.

Don't believe their "out of network is better" BS. They assured me at the time that I would only pay what I would if they had been in-network and would never send me a bill for what insurance wouldn't cover. Two years later (2 years!), they send me a bill for over $3000. No one will answer the phone, no will call you back. Beware of these crooks!

I'm astonished at this center's practices. We reviewed out of pocket costs before I committed to the procedure and almost 11 months after the procedure, I receive a bill for over $3000. I would have never agreed if I would have known the potential cost. I left a voice message to discuss the bill and have yet to receive a returned call. The staff is lovely but beware of the potential costs they say will be covered.

I recieved an invoice 18 months after surgery for 3750.00. Beware of delayed billing--very delayed.

I recently had my tonsils out by Dr. Peter Kaiser. He explained the procedure very well and made me feel very comfortable. Everything went exactly as planned and recovery was exactly as described. I was able to get my questions answered after the surgery very quickly. I am so happy I went to Dr. Kaiser!

amazing care and great compassion. The nurse who administered my anesthesia help my hands during the Injections and asked if I was ok and reassured and calmed me. the nurse who got me changed and did my IV was very nice and informative. this place is amazing and i will come back for any procedure I need done

I had 3 procedures done at this facility and I would highly recommended them to anyone and I have. The whole staff went above and beyond what I expected. Very helpful, understanding and courteous. Andrea BSN, RN... and Sara RN were great and I wish I could remembered the others that took care of me. I had two hip replacement surgery's (Dr Kaper) and a torn bicep tendon (Dr Nelson) done here and they made sure I was moving just fine before walking me out to the car, amazing. They get 6+ Stars from me!
