My mother saw Dr Kalra in the hospital at least 3 times. Her sodium was very low and she was extremely sick. He gave her a medication that you mix in water and it brought her sodium up right away. He sent her home with a prescription for the medication. Although insurance did not cover it, she decided to keep taking it. He told us how to order it at a pharmacy here in Scottsdale or online. He also later told us how much protein she should eat each day. She was able to stop the medication. He is a wonderful and caring doctor. She only sees him every 6 months. We highly recommend him.
