List of Vincent J Honan Md's Reviews
Dr Vincent Honan is a humble dedicated kind GI doctor, and he had the sweetest dog 🐕 that gets to visit the office staff and patients. Love the whole staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Honan for many years and he is very good and knowledgeable and nice.
Dr Honan is the best GI Dr you can see in the PHX area. He will answer all your questions and truly cares.
Dr Honan has been my doctor for 3 years,I am very happy with him.He takes the time to listen to what your saying. Also expedites if you call in with an issue thats going on he will get you in asap..I would recommend him to anyone looking for a GI doctor.
Dr. Honan and staff are wonderful. The appointment was on schedule. Dr. Honan is very kind and takes time to answer all your questions and explain everything to you. His care is great and he has helped me a lot. I highly recommend him and his office.
Dr. Honan is extremely thorough and does his best to order testing for his patients to find the cause of the problems they have. I always feel he has my best interest at heart.
I am very satisfied with Dr Holman and all his staff
Dr.Honan is an excellent doctor. I've been seeing him each time this procedure was scheduled. He us knowledgeable and staff is excellent as well!!
I have been seeing Dr Honan throughout the years. I have always trusted his expertise and I even referred my sister to him a few years ago and he quickly identified her issues and she had her gallbladder removed. Most recently, I am undergoing treatment for Breast Cancer and I was having GI issues, and he listened to my concerns through my tears and he and his office worked quickly to schedule my procedure. The day of my procedure, he was so kind and positive. He really valued me as a person, and his ability to provide medical guidance along with empathy is unique and I am always grateful to have him as my GI Provider.
I was recommended Dr Honan from my neurologist since I had a lot of GI issues. I started seeing him in January and all seemed to be going well at a pace I felt made sense. Long story short his MA Suzie doesn’t respond in the portal and does not return calls timely either. Half the time it was me following up with the front office to make sure I would get a call back. I used to think that Dr Honan was great but that has now changed drastically. Do not come to his office if you have a disability or if you think you’ll be sick and live in a remote area of Arizona where GI doctors do not exist. I was severely sick with a URI and I have other outstanding conditions that made it impossible to drive the 3.5 hrs to see him for what would be a 15 minute follow up appt. I got the approval for the telehealth appt and on the day of was told that I needed to be there in person since he really wanted to examine me. Keep in mind I was extremely sick and unable to make the drive along with the fact that we were just going to follow up on a change in meds. I was ghosted after I called in for the appt since I never got the call from Dr Honan. The office manager Mark understood my situation but basically advised that his hands were tied and he could not make the dr call for a scheduled appt. I have now been trying to get my medical records faxed over to my new office that does take virtual appts, but have had to call 3 times to get this completed. Do not waste your time if you have underlying issues as seeing you face to face is more important that your overall health and safety. I now have to wait another 2 weeks to see my new dr to get on long term meds.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
