Dr Vincent Russo is the best!! I've gone to him for years, he is patient, informative, kind and listened to me and my concerns. He knew I did not want to do a total knee replacement, he gave me shots over a few years, they helped until they didn't. He never pushed. I finally came to agree with him and did get a total knee replacement and a few years later did the other knee. Never any issues! I followed his instructions to the tee, did rehab and flew through my PT in 4 weeks. My knees are great, still 4 years later.

Dr Russo has been my Ortho Dr for about 30 years. He has fixed broken bones and replaced joints. He spends enough time with you to make you feel very comfortable . He follows in his Fathers footsteps, as his Son follows his! Great family!

My husband saw Dr. Russo for a second opinion regarding arthroscopic meniscal tear surgery. Dr. Russo was very thorough in his examination and stated that surgery would only make my husband's issues worse. He recommended alternatives to therapies that we are following up on. From the scheduler who scheduled the appointment for us to all the staff members that we saw on the day of the appointment, we experienced caring, patience and professionalism.
