I don't normally write reviews, however the experience I am having with this office front desk staff is terrible. I had an eye exam done in December and have been trying to order contacts with my prescription. I called the office who informed me Shelly had not finalized my contact prescription yet, however she would be in the next day and be able to finalize my prescription at that point and to call back. I called back two days later and she told me Shelly only works Wednesdays - did not finalize my prescription when she was in and I will have to wait another week. All of this is fine except for the way the receptionist talked to me. She was EXTREMELY rude and condescending which brings me to writing this review. The receptionist at Zmyslinski Eye & Contacts center yelled at me for not calling on Wednesday and said it was my fault. My hope is for you guys to be able to listen to the call and perhaps adjust the way you talk to customers as I will no longer be using this location for my vision exams or contacts due to the way I was treated here.

Much better then i was expecting, had the eye exam then went inside the store and picked out a set of eye glasses that i really like. Very good service and wendy the sales lady was A +

Doctor is nice, but her helpers are not the best. The lady at front desk was not friendly felt like I was bothering her by coming in. The man doing the pre screening was talking so fast I could barely understand him. He was like a robot just rattling off instructions of what to do which were not very clear. There was only one other person there at the time, but it felt like there were 100 people waiting. I get it your busy but slow down with your patients.

I recently had an eye test here and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the start, the front desk staff was impatient and seemed to have a poor attitude , which set a negative tone. I was told the exam fee would be $10 with my insurance, but when it came time to check out, the charge was unexpectedly $49. When I asked about it, I was told an additional service had been added, I just feel tired and didn‘t feel up for an argument at that point. On a positive note, the technician who conducted the eye test was very patient and thorough, which I appreciated. However, despite going through numerous tests, I left without any report or results beyond a simple prescription for glasses. I would have liked more feedback on my eye health after all those assessments. Seeing so many positive reviews here, I’m surprised my experience didn‘t reflect the same level of satisfaction. I hope they can improve on transparency and customer service at the front desk:)
