Very friendly and caring and organized. Almost no wait. Entire staff was professional and personable. I was visiting from Pittsburgh PA. I was very affected by the fire smoke. Great job. I highly recommend this place but also hope I never have to come back.

I’ve been here on two separate occasions and each time was greeted warmly and treated well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent care in a timely manner.

If I had known how I'd be treated and what it would cost, I would have gone in 2 days sooner! They have different levels of included service, for what I asked for was higher at $250 other services are less. I had walked into a metal fire pit in the pitch black and after 5 days (and using my own clindamycin) the swelling and infection had gotten worse. I asked for x-rays, lancing, better prescription & exam/advice. What I got was, front desk did her best to explain treatment and pricing, triage I wasn't expecting, really prompt service, really prompt, I had not even sat in the chair before being called back. Concern for my blood pressure, a good calm exam and suggestions, x-ray, and the PA suggested not to lance as no pus showed in the x-ray but left it to me which I requested. Patience in applying anesthesia (which is painful and I really hate needles! She tried to keep the pain to a min. And put up with my wiggling.). Then the nurse came in to dress and bandage the wound, took a great deal of very appreciated time, explaining the dressing, what she was using and why, answered other questions we had and then went over my care instructions but not like normal, with care, pointing important parts, parts that didn't matter as not related to my treatment, so I had a much better idea of what those papers were for and they had meaning to me. As I told her, I have never been given that information the way she did it (usually I never bother to even look at them as they are just a bunch of reading, not this time). The icing for me was being offered a tetanus shot, included if I wanted it. Wow... It's rare that you can say, from a doctor's office, clinic or hospital, I got a really good deal.. Actual I've never said or even thought it before going to Banner Lakeside urgent care, but I did this time! Oh I also noticed, there wasn't just three people working, they had a lab also and in rotation were able to handle several patience without a noticeable wait. Real good experience. Quick update, my leg is healing up, and doesn't hurt as bad as it did... Thank you Banner Urgent care Lakeside. About 5 days after now, I still have some pain, some swelling, it was really bad when I went in. In contrast, it's over 90% better, less swelling and less PAINFUL LOL. I really do wish I had gone in sooner.

Went to Banner Urgent Care in Showlow AZ. These folks are spot on! Only a 10 minute wait in waiting room and 5 minutes in exam room. PA Rod Genck got right to the cause of my pain and was very courteous, gentle, informative and professional, as were the entire staff. This was on a Monday morning. It was absolutely the best urgent care visit I’ve experienced.
