Craig Brady's Online Review Report Card

I only gave 3 stars because I like Dr.Brady. The lack of stars are for the people who answer the phones ( I should say who do not answer) my wife and I over the period of two days have called multiple times and left three or four voicemails and have not gotten any response at all. I feel like since Summit has taken over it has gone massively down hill!!! I do not know if they are truly this over worked or if they just do not care to answer the phones? Pretty irritated with it all!UPDATE: We did finally get in! Want to make clear that my rating of three stars had and has nothing to do with Dr.Brady or his capabilities! He is a great Dr. And friend! I was just irritated at the time with not being able to get through. Thank you Dr. Craig Brady for being a good Dr., listener, and friend to my family and myself! You def. Deserve 5 stars!

Dr. Brady is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He has been my doctor since I was a baby (I am now 23), and has been a huge inspiration to me to pursue a path of medicine. He has not only caught and treated life threatening issues for myself, but also for my mother and father as well. Dr. Brady genuinely cares about any concerns you may have and will do everything he can to help you. I have never met a doctor that is more kind, compassionate, professional, intelligent, and hard working than Dr. Brady.

Dr. Brady and staff are always kind and take the needed time to communicate with their patients. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Craig Brady for several years. In that period, we have found him to be very straight forward in his assessments of our health, has made lots of suggestions to us to help ease us through our later years, and is an all-around very knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Craig Brady has been our family doctor for around 20 years, and we, as a family, love him and his entire staff, (Nurse Mary, Receptionist, Amy)I was going through a very rough year in, 2017, and I just couldn't transfer from my chair, at the time, to make it to his office to be seen. And I will forever be grateful, that because I couldn't come to him, he made a trip to our house to see me! I often wonder, while thinking of that day, since when do you ever hear of a Dr doing house calls in today's world?He puts his heart into his patients. <3

Dr a Brady had been my primary care dr for nearly 15 years he's a great dr! He's helped me through stroke and syringomyelia. I love him and his staff! They're all very helpful and caring!

Excellent family care doctor

I love doctor Brady. He does a great job.

They have too many patients, which does not allow the staff to do what other doctors' offices do. They do not fax prescriptions, or xr orders, regardless of you physical/mental state.. They sent my 87 year old father-in-law to a local store to get a shower chair. He's on Medicare and Medicare does not pay for "luxury items". Shouldn't the doctor or staff be aware if this? Really nice people, just understaffed.

Doctor Craig Brady IS the BEST Doctor I have EVER had & in my 51 years, I have seen many. He is the first Doctor to actually listen to me & try to do something about what was hurting or going on with my health. If it was a test or xray that needed to be done, the order was placed and the answer was either found or the process of eliminating continued until he found the answer. Dr. Brady & his staff, Mary & Debbie are always professional but yet you can't help but feel like family while you're there. I would NEVER wish to EVER go to another Doctor other than Doctor Craig Brady, he is the REAL DEAL!!!
