Dr. Sindhu and Dr. Latchman are amazing, the staff all are nice and caring people, the only problem I have is with the scheduling staff, the patient navigators need to be trained better this is the only problem I have had in 4 years, and the reason I only gave a 4 start rating.

Proficient and polite in dealing with me

I have a chronic condition which is requires frequent care. My type of work has required me to live in multiple places and I have had a lot of different types of specialists in cities and towns I've lived. Sierra Vista is not the smallest town I've lived in and it certainly is far from the largest city I've lived in. It's always hard to move and find new doctors and a team that cares for you. I have had to navigate all of this in the past. I know that if I live at a higher elevation, my condition needs more attention. Moving to SV was a decision I did not take lightly because of my health. I am actually glad I moved to Sierra Vista. It's been almost two years now and I have to say that of all the places I've lived, this where I have gotten the best care for my condition. These doctors are impressive in their knowledge. That's not all though. They listen, they care, and they say what they are going to do. Not in any other place did my doctors make sure I was connected to the two other types of specialists I need to see regularly. One of these has to be in Phoenix and they made all the arrangements. I got to Phoenix for my appointment and the doctor told me that he had received a call personally from my hematologist in Sierra Vista and he had all the relevant records to help me. I couldn't be happier. Who would have imagined that there is gem of a Practice like Southwest Cancer Care. I have never been let down here and they continue to give me the best care possible.

Excellent Dr's. of Oncology. .Dr. Sindhu is professional and caring, top in his field and works well with other specialists to insure the best care.I feel well taken care of since my first visit. Two years later the high standards remain.

There has got to be a way they change their lady who calls and sets up all the appointments for that center!! I’ve only gone there with my mother-in-law and my husband had nothing but issues every time he call she would not listen at all he would call and say they’re in the hospital so they can’t make his mom‘s appointment and she would call that same day and say are you coming in and then say well can you come in in an hour and he’s like you’re not understanding me I’m at the hospital. We can’t come in. He would have to repeat himself over and over and she would continue to call like something is not normal about that. This would happened all the time and half the time he didn’t understand her it’s like she wasn’t listening to anything. Now, unfortunately, I have to go there to get my infusion for my arthritis. I wanted to go to Tucson, but I had to go here because of the certain kind of infusion. My insurance will cover so the same lady had to call me and make an appointment as I’m telling her I’m home sick with strep she’s asking if I can come in the next day. Then I sat on the phone with her forever, figuring out an appointment and as I proceeded to tell her, I would like to do the infusion on a Friday as I don’t know how I’m going to feel the next day for work she said ok, and then proceeded to tell me later that the first visit was just a consultation are you kidding me Lady? I just told you why I needed a Friday if it was just a consultation then why Didn’t you say that because obviously I don’t need a Friday if it’s just a consultation and nothing is being done! I’m telling you something is wrong with that Lady and I don’t know why they keep her on making their appointments I know I’m not the only complaint! The center itself is great the nurses are nice and the doctor great, some of the staff up front could be little nicer for working in a cancer center with sick people but most the time they are great.

My wife Joyce has been going here since we moved to SV. They are leaps and bounds better than where she went in CA. They are professional, thorough and friendly. No complaints.
