Chad Brimhall's Online Review Report Card

I came in for some health concerns and got right in on a Friday at 9:00am for the walk in clinic. The front desk staff (the whole staff actually) was so nice. I saw Maggie, she was great. She took her time with me and helped ease my worries. I appreciated that so much. The ladies in the lab were so kind too. Im very pleased with this experience.

Front desk ladies are so rude. I called to get my Daughter an appointment with the Dr. The Lady on the phone told me it was impossible the Dr is booked 3-4 weeks out. However I could come wait 3 and a half hours for the walk in clinic. 3.5 hours with a sick child in a waiting room, sounds like a nightmare. I asked why they don't have appointments available for sick visits, and was told that is what the walk in clinic is for. This is just another in a long line of bad experiences with this Office. One of the last times I was in asking for help with weight loss as I exercise, watch what I eat, and drink a ton of water yet still am having issues. Chad Brimhall told me to eat less, and move more. I left in tears. A real caring Dr might check a few things before making said assumption.

Had COVID test completed there. Dr. Stated the results would be back within 24 hours. When I called the front desk the next day said they did not have the results and would check with lab and call me back. When I didn't receive a call back within the hour, I called back. The second lady to answer was short with me and said she didn't know when they might come in. I called one last time before closed, same lady answered and was rude and mad that I had called again. Did finally receive a call from someone helpful who assured me that she would keep an eye out for the results the next morning. If only the front desk staff was as willing to help.

For the whole first year that I have been living here in taylor, I can say this office is the best. The girls are wonderful. The doctors are great. Way better then the small town I was in before here. Definitely would tell people to come this clinic.

Dr. Chad is always really good and listening to us and explaining what is going on with us and our family. He is always very thoughough and friendly.

I am at a complete loss for words at what I expierenced today at the Dr office . The front desk and nursing staff were kind and helpful. But my experience with Dr.Chad Brimhall was nothing I have ever experienced before in a professional setting . The office visit was going well until I asked the question about doing his sports physical he asked me if I had the packet I tried to respond saying no last time I was here you guys had the packet . He rolled his eyes and before I could finish my sentence he baca me belligerent and rude and wouldn’t letting me finish any sentence stating it is your responsibility while stating this he kept I get pointing his finger at me and as I tried to start to say something he just kept getting louder . I stated I was confused because last time I got a sports physical for my son Maggie threw the packet I brought away and said they only use summits packets. He then stated very loudly that he is the boss and no one else in that office is . So he doesn’t care what they said he says it’s my responsibility. I then started having a panic attack and with tear streaming down my face and after I could finally breath a little bit to talk and said I was very upset with how he was speaking to me in front of my children and that I just was asking a question about the packet and I was confused with the procedures but he wouldnt let me finish anything I was trying to say. I never raised my voice or spoke to him in any disrespectful manner . My kids and I came home and now my son keeps talking to me saying he is the boss and is being mean to his sister . Dr brimhall actions have affected my kids behavior . I thought he was a family dr .

I have not been a patient at this clinic but I went there to have some lab samples taken. The front desk lady told me to sit down and wait. After waiting for about 45 minutes I was informed that it was past the cutoff time for lab work. I had arrived a half hour prior to the cutoff and had been waiting patiently, even though no one else was in the lobby. My husband and I expressed frustration that I had not been taken care of, so the lady told me to sit down and wait again. After about an hour a woman came to take the lab samples. She was also very rude and had a bad attitude. That was six weeks ago and the doctor has still not received the lab report. The doctor's office called multiple times to inquire about the report but was never able to speak to anyone. Now I will have to go to a different facility to have the lab samples taken again. It's no wonder that Summit Healthcare has a sign in the lobby warning that they will call the police if a patient causes a disturbance!

I am grateful to have received Covid testing for my son and I without charge. But what happened next is disgraceful. My son and I were tested positive for Covid 19 and sent home with a list of vitamins that we are to take to fight off Covid 19. Of the list of 6 vitamins no pharmacy in town had even half of the vitamins needed. If vitamins are all that is needed to fight Covid 19 what is all the fuss about a vaccine? Why the testing center gave us a list of vitamins rather than a prescription for Hydroxychloriquine is anybody's guess. Now Infected with Covid 19 I am highly infectious and they expect me to visit pharmacy after pharmacy infecting god knows how many others in this quest for vitamins? Very POOR service.

I came out here to vacation for Xmas with the family and had a ongoing tooth ache come back, I was hoping there was a walk in clinic near and I’m so happy I found this one because the help and service I got from summit was so amazing, Maggie price was my dr for my walk in and she was much more helpful then I could have asked for, listened to what I was going through and helped me relive the pain, summit is very professional and genuinely care about you and your treatment, will for sure be coming back
