Working with Lori Sears during such a very difficult time with my family situation made everything so much easier. She has great personal understanding, experience and tremendous empathy. It was more like working with a friend who really wanted to help us find the best place for our family member. I highly recommend her to anyone going through the challenge of finding a new home for a loved one. I never once felt anything but gratitude towards her and you will, too.

Simply put, Lori Sears turned a painful, unexpected situation into a loving and caring solution. I was visiting Sun City to care for my mom’s health, when my father very Unexpectedly needed to go in assisted-living care. I had no idea what to do, I was alone and there just isn’t a playbook and how to deal with theses situations, especially when it happens very suddenly. Lori Sears was referred to us and that made all the difference. She held our hands through every step of the process. She was completely accessible, even when she was out of town traveling with her family. She came to visit my mom and even after we got my dad into a fantastic assisted living situation, she kept checking in with us. I believe you have to be born with the skills Lori has... she has a strong medical background, she knows how to work the system, she brings loads of compassion and a healthy dose of humor. My mom and myself cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauri and her practice.

I was referred to Lori several years ago and she did an amazing job helping us with my client's husband. I feel so lucky to have found Lori! She lives in Pheonix and know most of the Assisted Living Residence well...the good and the bad. This allows her to give an honest and informed evaluation as to whether a residence would meet our needs and priorities. She has also built personal relationships with key staff from many of the Assisted Living Residence which she was happy to use to help us get special consideration such as staying in budget, and being able to visit my parents during lockdown before flying home to Scotland. All her 'friends' in the business share her caring nature. I felt like they all treat my parents as if they were their own. Finding an assisted living facility during a pandemic is not an easy job, but Lori was so amazing to work with. I gave her parameters and she emailed me a list of possible places. After I went through the list she made appointments for us to do virtual tours. Every place she suggested fit what we were looking for as far as amenities and price. Thankfully the first place we visited was just what we were looking for. Lori didn't waste our time, she listened, had a great knowledge of what was available,and made the process so easy. My parents moved in this weekend and already say it feels like home.Thanks Lori!

I can't say enough about Lori Sears. I had to move my dad from an assisted facility in the North East Valley, where he was not happy, and had no idea of what facilities were available on the West side of town. Where do I start? The current facility that my dad was in, was on the recommendation of their relator, a year earlier, before my mom died.I called Lori and she immediately had me set up with three of the facilities she thought very highly of on the West side of town. I had dad moved in a month.. I would highly recommend Lori, it is piece of mind to know that someone is out there to help when you as a child have to make the decision to move your parent (s) to a safe place that they can call home..
