I would hands down recommend Ms Lori Sears she is very well known in the senior community and can help you find the perfect home for your loved ones.

Lori came over to speak to my real estate team because of our elderly, in transition, clients. All I can say is WOW! What touches me most about Lori is her dedication to her clients and her desire to help them no matter what their circumstances are. After our meeting I met with three estate attorneys that all utilize her services. They could not say enough about her dedication and diligence. I highly recommend her and her company for helping find the right Assisted Living or Independent Care facility for your family members!

Lori was the best contact for all of our needs in helping our brother in his final transition.  She was very knowledgeable, sympathetic, understanding, and always willing to listen and respond quickly.  We visited 2 assisted living centers with us, and she quickly understood that neither one was a good fit for our brother.  She then suggested an amazing Corrine Assisted Living Home and arranged for us to do a tour and meet the owners, Magda and Bill.  It was a home away from home and we would have felt very good about moving our brother to that location.  Sadly, he died before we could make the move, but Lori was caring and responsive to the end and helped us with coordinating care through Companion Hospice.  Words can never thank you enough Lori!!  Jacqui Wittmeyer, Salt Lake City, Utah

I will be eternally grateful to Jill and Assisted Living Locators - West Valley for the help provided in finding optimum placement for my mom and dad.  My mother has dementia and my father end-stage-renal disease. Jill took the time to ask the right questions and assess what we needed in order to find a location for my parents where they could live together as long as possible. Jill arranged visits to appropriate communities and accompanied us on each one.  Because of her expertise, I valued her opinion when choosing the location my parents would eventually call home. We are very happy with our decision; my parents appear to be adjusting well and happy about the many opportunities to socialize and spend time with others!  Thank you Jill!

I used Assisted Living Locators, West Valley, in November to find a new home for my dad. He had fallen and hit his head in the assisted living facility where he lived in Phoenix. I live in NJ.Jill Hilton-Cahoon, elder care advisor, was excellent. She listened to what I was looking for for my dad. She cared. Jill provided me with several wonderful options without being pushy at all. We - and my daughter - laughed together with her during this difficult time while making this difficult decision.My dad just passed away. Because of Jill and the Assisted Living Locators, his last 6 weeks were filled with loving care by the qualified caregivers at Orchard Pointe in Arrowhead. I thank Jill profusely for helping us.

I feel so lucky to have found Lori! She lives in Pheonix and know most of the Assisted Living Residence well...the good and the bad. This allows her to give an honest and informed evaluation as to whether a residence would meet our needs and priorities. She has also built personal relationships with key staff from many of the Assisted Living Residence which she was happy to use to help us get special consideration such as staying in budget, and being able to visit my parents during lockdown before flying home to Scotland. All her 'friends' in the business share her caring nature. I felt like they all treat my parents as if they were their own. That's probably what I appreciate most, since this type of move is never easy. Thanks Lori

Simply put, Lori Sears turned a painful, unexpected situation into a loving and caring solution. I was visiting Sun City to care for my mom’s health, when my father very Unexpectedly needed to go in assisted-living care. I had no idea what to do, I was alone and there just isn’t a playbook and how to deal with theses situations, especially when it happens very suddenly. Lori Sears was referred to us and that made all the difference. She held our hands through every step of the process. She was completely accessible, even when she was out of town traveling with her family. She came to visit my mom and even after we got my dad into a fantastic assisted living situation, she kept checking in with us. I believe you have to be born with the skills Lori has... she has a strong medical background, she knows how to work the system, she brings loads of compassion and a healthy dose of humor. My mom and myself cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauri and her practice.
