Made online appointment and was seen upon my arrival. Excellent patient care by intake staff and physicians assistant was super knowledgeable, had me diagnosed with meds ... in/out 20 mins.

Worst health care experience ever. Came in looking for recommendations for relief for consistent allergies. Nothing too serious just mainly inconvenience. The primary care nurse was with me for less than two minutes. A minute and forty seconds to be exact. She did not specify what she was diagnosing me with, just that she was prescribing me a medication, then walked out of the room. While notifying me of the medication, she would be prescribing me. Her hand was already on the door. Most rushed and non thorough examination I have ever had. It was not busy at all. There was one other person in the waiting room, yet she rushed the examination as if the room was filled with waiting people. After she handed me the papers, I read that it said my diagnosis which she did not make me aware of before sending me on my way. I waited till she was out of the room with the next patient and asked her what exactly she prescribed me. After explaining my confusion, I was met with a snarky remark. My confusion over my diagnosis was met with the words. “ well, my nine years of experience would say different”. I respect educated women. My mother has 10 years of nursing experience, with Banner in fact! I myself am I college educated women. It wasn’t lack of experience it was lack of being thorough and lack of respect. I had to leave after this interaction knowing this woman was to entitled to lend any kind help to my confusion with my allergy issues. Would recommend trying another banner urgent care facility if possible, if not and you have Carol as your nurse. Don’t expect any form of TRUE care.

Really sucked, the NP that saw me did not ask me nothing just prescribed me muscle relaxers and pain meds, did not ask me how I got hurt just listen to my lungs and that was it… really bad experience at banner urgent care!!! I had to at least give a star or won’t let me post…. BUT NO STARS FROM ME!!
