*Awful* and disorganized reception and customer service. They canceled my appointment when I showed up for it, even though I'd called to confirm earlier that morning. They said I wasn't due for another few months, so they wouldn't accommodate me, even though they'd encouraged an early appointment on the phone. That's after they didn't seem to have my name in the system or know I was returning despite being a 2-3-year patient. Doctor didn't seem to care when I expressed frustration about wasting my day because of the receptionists' multiple mistakes. His care had been adequate in previous visits, but this awful customer service has lost him a patient.

My various visits have been very positive. Short wait time, professional and courteous staff. Very knowledgeable and always took care of my conditions satisfyingly. Dr. Shnaydman is now primary care provider for my son and I.

Dr. Shnaydman is an excellent Doctor he takes his time with you not like other doctors that their face is in the script pad I have been his patient for many years I highly recommend him

Dr. Shnaydman is a great Family Doc, and his staff are excellent. It is really easy to get an appointment, and is even walk-in on Saturdays. He is an old-school doc and the office is really nice with hardwood floors. He is great for basic check-ups and for common illnesses. He is very conscientious about annual testing that everyone needs. He is also really nice and has a good sense of humor.

My family and I have been patients of this office for many years and we feel that Dr. Shnaydman and his staff are the most professional people. They have a great physical therapy dept and the office is immaculate.

This man is fantastic. I've spent a sad amount of time with doctors and surgeons throughout my life. I've never met a medical professional or staff that are as helpful as Dr. Shnaydman and his people are. He is great. Make him your doctor if you are looking for one.

The site shows that he only has 9 years of experience, I want to make a correction - he's been a doctor for 25 years, went through two medical schools (in Moscow and then in NY) and has a lot of expertise and compassion. Highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

Dr. Shnaydman has been my family doctor for several years. His professionalism is exceptional. He is polite, thoughtful, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Doctor has never prescribed unneccessary procedures or medications.. I would highly recommend Dr. Shnaydman to anybody who is looking for a great specialist!

The doctor is not bad but the front desk is TERRIBLE. If there is zero star, I will give them that. The front desk is very rude and bad and follow up after visit. I have issues with my insurance and they never give me the final results. They just said they will call you back, but that never happened. When I called them , they just hang up my phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the front desk in a doctor office.
