Check in was fine for me but the other patients were very vocal about the line and wait. I checked in online, did my paperwork and checked in when I arrived. My appointment was at 0800. There was 1 receptionist and many patients came in at the same time. The desk is wide open and all the patients can see and hear what is going on. Maybe, if the desk was a little more private and everyone didn’t see each other check in. They would be a little calmer.The Mammographer Kathy at Sun City West is outstanding. Very gentle and thorough. I very good mammography experience.

Personnel was friendly - doing their best since under staffed. Wait times were 2 to 3 hours so people were leaving - that's the ones who had appointments. I'd suggest another location or another company.

Masks were required yet Amanda was in front of me checking in who was massless. He was not challenged on this even though both women checking in patients had boxes of masks to offer patients.This is unacceptable!

This is a very efficient operation once you are " called back". There is usually a wait past your appointment time because they are very busy. I had 3 CT scans. Lexi took great care in getting me set up and was most accommodating in assisting me before, during and after my scans. I have had a number of scans there. Good folks in the back.Front counter folks were helpful as well.FYI, X-rays are walk ins only.No appointments.

My second time having my mammo exam there with the same lady. (I should know her name but sorry I don't). Receptions are very polite which is always a great start. A clean office. And the lady is so fun. As long as I'm in the area this SimonMed location is where I'll go.

One of the fastest places to get an MRI done especially on a Saturday. They even called to see if we could come in earlier to get it done. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
