Vicky Chen-Yang's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Chen-Yang is a compassionate, thorough doctor. She also remembers my history of medical complications. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

My husband and I have both been to Dr Chen-Yang. First of all, she was an “ok” provider. Where we get mostly frustrated is her not getting back to us with lab and test results. She even told me I didn’t need an appointment to go over my results and to just call the office. They’re really horrible about not getting in touch with you to discuss your results. We looked at my results on the portal, but they never went over the Abnotmal results with any treatment plan. Also, my husband has been waiting for 2 weeks just to get his PSA result. We’re not going back again and are looking for another provider that will care about us. She’s very impersonal.

Dr Chen Yang was very thorough, pleasant and professional. She took time to answer any of my questions and reviewed my medical history during my initial visit with her. The office staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Can't even call directly to the doctor's office, must go through the answering service who then leaves a message. Next appointment for my newly broken foot is 1 month away! No thanks!

I love Dr. Chen -yang. SHE IS THE BEST.

Sad, very sad. The office rarely gets back to you if you portal or call, and certainly even more rare for it to be timely. Orders are never received that they state were faxed. She did not do her job as a physician trying to battle insurance over an MRI that I had every year for 10 years with my previous PCP. Finally I did it myself and it got approved. Run, don't walk elsewhere before this office doesn't do what they say they will do.

I have never ever had a call to a doctor that was totally ignored I recently moved to Arizona and was hospitalized with blood clots in both lungs. I have been to this office twice for follow io but when I try to reach anuone ny phone with serious questions I either cant het through or leave messages that are not returned. When I do get through to the office with a pronlem, information is taken but no call back received. Will be seeking another doctor.

I have had Dr. Chen Yang as my PCP for over ten years. She is a very caring and professional physician. Through the years I have learned to trust her judgment and have always gotten a quick response to any questions posed through her portal (which I might add is always kept up-to-date). I can find results of any lab work or tests which have been performed as well as prescription renewals. I have recommended her to friends through the years, many of which are now her patients.
