My experience has been excellent, very helpful. I have been treated with dignity and respect compared to the 3 other pain management offices I have been to. Overall I really feel like they spend as much time as I need and I never feel rushed.

My pain is improved and I find relief every 8-9 months. Scheduling is very easy and quick, easy to get in. I do not feel rushed and I get all my answers to my questions. I would recommend the practice to others.

My pain has been improved and have had great relief, my plan of care is right on track. Staff is nice and friendly, very easy to schedule. I am an RN and am very picky with who to go to take care of me.

I have seen Dr. Tom many times and have found him to be very kind, professional, and capable. The office staff and his NPs are very competent and personable as well. Although I have not gotten permanent relief from pain, he is willing to keep trying something else. I am grateful Dr. Tom does not push narcotics and is willing to keep trying to give me relief (unlike a few negative patient comments stated earlier). I would highly recommend him.

After almost a full year of suffering from a misdiagnosis of my lower back pain, I was referred to Dr. Tom. After my tests, I was presented with all my options, and during my procedures, he and his staff were always professional, efficient, and kind . Dr. Tom answered all questions, before and after my two procedures, plus, to prevent confusion, he explained how my insurance would handle my claim. I had severe back neck and shoulder pain nerve related. Had been to other doctors before. Dr. Tom was able to identify where my issue was and provided a treatment plan that worked great. Pain stopped and is still gone. Thank you Dr Tom! I would recommend him to anyone in need of back pain treatment. He's 1st class and knows his field.

Dr. Tom has been extremely helpful with relieve my pain as well as his NP Jessica. Dr. Tom has done multiple successful procedures for me that have made a huge difference, Following up with Jessica is very great and she always is willing to listen and help in any way possible.
