Express Urgent Care Sun City's Online Review Report Card

Got in an accident outside of the place everyone was fine getting paper work done and I guess this company's supervisors thought that they should make a laughing stock out of the accident and had every single employee walk out and laugh about it at first I didn't say anything because one of the cars were against the wall and it could of scared whoever was on the inside of that wall but every single one of them came out including all the supervisors one was name Brenda and she brought everyone out. The other one walked by covering her name tag. I will be contacting corporate since it was so funny and according to one of your employees you guys just take walks all the time very interesting. Very rude staff would not recommend. The lady shown in this photo is Brenda (could be spelling her name wrong)

Impressed with friendliness and professialism plus waiting times were well within expectancy. Have been to others and the difference was great!Thank you! Never fun to get sick when on a trip but this was a nice suprise.

This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. DALTON does not care about his patients and will not do anything for them but tell them to go somewhere else.

I was having blood pressure issues and wanted to make sure I was not overlooking anything. The staff at the Greenway location was very helpful especially PA-C John Stroh. He was very informative and did not brush off my concerns. Based on my age I did not want to go to the ER and Express Urgent care took care of my concerns.

I have had very good experiences with this clinic in the past, but today was a DISASTER. I came for a covid test. The technician came in to do the swab and then left, saying it would be a few minutes. At first I thought he meant it would be a few minutes for the PA to be in, but then it dawned on me that it may mean they were doing the rapid test instead of the test sent to the lab, as I have always had in the past, at this same location. I called him back in and he told me that they were doing the rapid test and I told him that I did not want the rapid test. First of all, he tried to put the blame on me, saying that I should have asked the receptionist which test they routinely do. I told him NO, that is not my responsibility, that he should have ASKED ME, as they did for every test in the past, which test I wanted. He then proceeded to lie about what was said, BY ME! He kept lying and would not take responsibility for his actions and so I left. I think he thought I was an old, senile woman, who would accept anything he said......but, he was WRONG in so many ways. I had the PA call me and I explained why I left and she apologized. I will never return to this office of Express Urgent Care!

Can't express how grateful I am with Cynthia and Beatrice for making our COVID testing for me and my family go so smooth!! Staff was very nice and professional!

WORST healthcare experience EVER!!!!Receptionist could hardly be troubled to check us in.Nurse was put out when I told her my wife would need assistance walking to the exam room. Then told me I could walk her back after having told me that only the patient could be in the exam room.The facility has no medical capabilities and no doctor on site, they serve as little more than an intake desk for the hospital next door!We'll never be back, there are too many other urgent care facilities to choose from!
