I went there for a consult which was a waste of time. I was clear on what I was looking for beforehand and he did not even offer that option which is something I should have been told before seeing him. In addition I was told there would not be a consult fee and now I’m going into collections for a charge to sit and talk for 20minutes about nothing. I made clear to the office my concern and was lied to. This practice are insurance scammers and money hungry. This was unethical in my opinion. Waste of a degree to just trick people into your billing scam! Looking into legal avenues on reporting this and having justice served.

Dr. Zakas is one of the few doctors these days that will take time and listen to you as a patient, answer all of your questions and explain your condition or what procedure will be performed if needed.
