Dr. Berlari was very rude to both my elderly parents. They kept complaining to me on how they were treated like nothing and She refused to refill a medication unless my mother paid her the balance she owed for a missed appt. I'm switching my parents to another office and they are not returning to this so call professional doctor.

If I could give this “Dr” a negative 5, I totally would. Do not go with this lady. My mother is now in the hospital after leaving this office, she definitely neglects her patients in many ways. My mother had asked her about pain she was feeling and this lady had the audacity to say “it is normal”… Now my mother is in the hospital because the pain got very severe, hopefully it isn’t anything serious. I’m not sure what happened to this office but they have to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. They never answer the phone. The staff is very rude. Doesn’t look like they work they are just talking to each other the whole time. They are not helpful at all. The appointments are about 3-4 weeks out. If you don’t wear a mask they will reschedule you instead of offering a mask. They don’t know how to communicate with their patients. I would not recommend this office!

I attempted to call (maria+gonzalez+berlari) Dr. Berlaris office about two weeks ago and the phone system repeatedly led me through prompts and then disconnected my call. I spent two weeks trying to get through. I was about to drive down there. I finally got through when I hit the “billing “ prompt instead of “making an appointment”. When I got through I was FRUSTRATED and I was not that nice to them as they continued to make excuses about the phone system and the “IT” guy. In the end they called me and after arguing with me they cancelled my appointment. They said too bad so sad!! Terrible place with rude and inept staff. They also had their address published wrong so the first time I went I was late and they cancelled me again. I’m done! Now I know why my provider Tracy Stricker, NP LEFT the office.

Really bad answering service I've been in the phone for the past hour and a half just to get a refilled on the pharmacy prescription that they need to call and send it in and they have not done it for the past three months

My mother was attending this doctor's office for the sole purpose of seeing one of the nurse practitioners who is great. But now she is no longer there. But this office never answers their phones and when they do we are on hold for a half an hour or more. My mother is elderly and she got a cough over the weekend. We called the answering service and they called us back and said that the NP on call, Claire, told them that it wasn't an emergency to set up appt. We had to go to another Dr and my mom had an infection.

I've been seeing Dr. Gonzalez for about 15 years. I will never seek another Primary Care Physician as long as we have her here in Phoenix. She's the best and so is her staff.

Do not waste your time with Dr. Maria Gonzalez, SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS AT ALL, and the clinics scheduling system is a mess. It's hard to get a hold of anybody, representatives are rude and when you go to an appointment prepare to wait for over an hour just to make it inside and wait another hour to see the Dr. While inside the patient room. DO NOT GO HERE.

She has been my family doctor for the last 5 years. Someone you can really trust your life with ! Great staff, great service ... outstanding professional.
