Terrible experience, rude, arrogant, didnt speak to family after performing procedure letting the know everything was ok. Refused to allow second opinion while family member was in the hospital stating what he did was fine. Caused major complications and refused to listen.

Dr. Bombino performed a TURP surgery on me a few months ago. A 5 star rating does not come close to expressing how pleased I am with the results, and how much this surgery has improved my life. No more frequent, painful, or weak urination. No more making sure I go to the bathroom prior to going somewhere. No more avoiding foods that caused painful, frequent, or weak urination. No more discomfort while sitting. I now have one part of me functions like it did when in my 20s. I knew then I was going to need surgery after a visit to the ER and coming home wearing a catheter last Fall. Unfortunately, I had switched to a Cigna Advantage Plan for 2019 & Dr. Bombino was not one of Cigna's Urologists. So, I had to make a decision of using one of Cigna's lesser experienced Urologists, or wear the catheter 45 more days until I could switch my Medicare plan for 2020 and use Dr. Bombino, who had twice the experience as the Cigna docs. The surgery was no big deal, nor was the recovery.

Very happy from first visit through my procedure. Very competent nurses, assistants and office. Compassion and kindness from everyone involved in my care. Dr. Bombino explained things well and answered my questions. Never once felt rushed.
