Abrazo Surprise Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Well..So far I have been sitting in the waiting room for well OVER 1.5hrs. With a blood sugar level of 780....Have NOT even been to see a triage nurse yet! At we know the treatment is the same here as ANY other Abrazo hospital!

This Micro Hospital was plugged into our surprise neighbor a few years back. I have never thought of this this wee hospital until me Mother passed out smacking her noggin on me table. I tried to care for me mother for a week with many treatments plans that did not work. We took her to Abrazo Surprise Hospital, when they diagnosed her with CoVID pneumonia. She was the only inpatient there, which was great.Me Mother was discharged 5 days later surviving the CoVID. Me mother said the staff were great and I rate 5 star because me mother survived. Hopefully now me mother will listen to me and workout and diet regularly. Thank you Abrazo Surprise for caring for me mother (Irish accent)

Can't really even give them a one star rating. One poor woman was vomiting in the lobby. Sat there for hours. Had made a 2:00 pm appointment and after 3 and a half hours still had not seen a doctor, I gave up and went home. Truthfully they should just lock the doors and send folks to a place that has some employees with some concern for the patients. This place is an absolute joke.

Sat for over four hours, only 3 people in waiting area. When asked after four hours how much longer… “I don’t know, they are cleaning rooms right now but I don’t know how much longer it will be”. Had higher hopes when this place went up but just as bad as the other Abrazo facilities. Completely ridiculous, I am a nurse and no ED, that is not a trauma center, should have waits like this. Very poor management of time by staff and management. Be better!

Been here for hours, have watched about 8 people leave without being seen after waiting over 6 hours. One lady vomited on the floor in the waiting room about 30 minutes ago and no one has cleaned it up on posted anything to warn people not to step in it. Security guard was asleep for awhile. He has gone to look at the vomit a couple times but so far no one has made any effort to clean it up. People are walking through it. Front desk receptionist has gone to the parking lot to talk on her phone at least 4 times for extended breaks in the 3 hours we have been here. They have called the same person to come back multiple times and obviously she has left the building.

Over 3 hours and still waiting with no help in sight. One doctor on staff, no one else in waiting room, no explanations. Worst customer/patient care ever. No nurses visible, no coffee, no water, no concern. I am so disappointed.

I can’t believe I gave this place another chance. Because they aren’t very busy!! Well there a good reason… they aren’t very good!!!They didn’t treat my problem.. They treated what “he” thought my was. I’ve been to go gi docs and lots of test. The doc wasn’t listening! They wheeled me out and I don’t remember a thing! Good thing I was with family!! Still very sick. Have Az IV medics come to my home and they were great!!

Very disappointed with the care. I don’t know what to say to make a strong impact. AGAIN!Bad, bad ,bad again. I will say the staff is nice,The treatment is not good. Save yourself and family go to a real hospital.This is the one and only bad review ever! I believe in the power of reviews.

I came In because my back and legs were tingly and numb. I feel that the doctor did not listen to anything I expressed, he had kind of a “I’m the doctor and I’m always right” type of attitude. Their only solution to my back and legs being tingly was that I should have a covid test. I asked them if there’s any other tests or anything they could do to try and help figure out what is wrong with me and it was disregarded and pretty much said that either I have covid or I have nothing wrong at all. They didn’t even try to look into my issues or help me. I was given a rapid covid test, told my results were negative, then sent home. I usually never write reviews but I thought this was necessary to be heard. save yourself time and do not go here
