Angela Johansson's Online Review Report Card

She has seen my son since birth, and is amazing. We are moving cross country and I am so sad she won’t be his pediatrician anymore. I’m a mother of 5 children, and we move every 2-3 years, so I’ve been to a lot of Pediatricians. Doctor Johansson is probably the best pediatrician I’ve seen the past 18 yrs.

Have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone from this office. Have called at different times, on different days, and still have to stay on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time and still can't get a hold of anyone.

Our best Dr pediatrician in our family since 2012!!!! I love her❤️ very patient understands our needs and speaks very good Spanish!😊 YOU ARE THE BEST MRS JOHANSSON!😘(07-28-18)

Dr. Johansson is an awesome doctor! She has a great personality, listens to us and our kids, asks age appropriate questions so the kids understand her. Both my kids go see her. The only issue is "Adelante". Management wants Dr. Johansson to see too many people in a day which causes hour long wait times, 4 out of 5 appts are an hour wait in the room (+ 15 min out front). The staff rotates horribly fast, but seem well trained. Everyone seems to know a little, but nobody knows a lot. The staff are always helpful, pleasant, and respectful, and I do always get done what is needed, it just takes a while. But even with the "Adelante" negatives, Dr. Johansson is worth it! She is the greatest!

I am astounded she has only three starts. I'm guessing long wait times have something to do with that, but she's always worth the wait, and I like knowing that she's running late because she is caring for her other patients the same way she cares for my son.

We use to go to a well known pediatrician office and was extremely disappointed with the doctors and their lack of care for my youngest child. My daughter had 20 ear infections within her first four years and was in the office multiple times a year for ear infections and refused to do tubes. Insurance changed and we chose to try Adelante since it was in our town. We saw Dr. Johansson and loved her! Took my youngest daughter for another ear infection, loved how she listened to me and understood my concern, since I have had other children will ear issues. A few weeks later I was back again because she got a ear infection again and Dr. Johansson gave us a referral to an ENT. I was so glad she did. The ENT looked at her ears and tonsils and said Tonsils showed signs of chronic infections and ears showed scar tissue from multiple infections. We love Dr. Johansson, she is caring, gentle, engaging, a great listener, and my daughter loves her!

Our son uses Dr. Johansson as his primary doctor and we are very pleased with her expertise and pleasant demeanor. We would highly recommend her as one of the best pediatrician doctors we have ever used.

Dr. Johansson is a great doctor. Wonderful bedside manner and really takes the time to ensure your concerns issues are addressed. We will miss her. Too bad office manager Mary does not have the same committment to customer satisfaction. Adelante Healthcare in Surprise has lost five patients today because of Mary's lack of customer service skills. Husband checked for an appointment but forgot wallet and did not have $15 copayment. Office refused to check him in to be seen even after he explained his wife was coming to office to make payment. When I finally made to the office we were told, he could not be seen because it was 30 minutes past his appointment time. Amazing they would put $15 before the well being of their patients.

Dr. Johansson is amazing with my 2 year old. I did alot of research when I was pregnant and found Dr. Johansson thru Banner Del E Webb and she's been there literally from the beginning. She's great with breastfeeding tips and I've never had any problems with any of the staff. My daughter loves going. She's even knowledgeable about cloth diapers. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Johansson is a great doctor. She is easy to speak to and really does a great job answering all questions asked of her. My kids (ages 16 yrs old -15 months) love her. The staff at the office is also just as amazing. The office is always clean, and the rooms are very inviting!
