The front receptionist was incredibly rude to me this morning. Gave me an attitude and I asked her to be nicer the next time. Maybe it’s best to have workers that welcome patients and smile more.

The dr misdiagnosed my issues which cost me $750.00 at the hospital. My back is still killing me. I guess rest and over the counter medication will do for now.

I am a Banner employee and I have been here a few times with my daughter and once for myself,, they have a Great staff that is always willing to help and they always have smiles on their faces I highly recommend this Banner Urgent Care! 😊

1st time in an urgent care. Went on for a sinus infection only to be told by a PA that it has to be a whole lot worse before antibiotics are prescribed. He was rude and condescending and I definitely won't be back. The other employees were friendly and helpful
