They don't follow directions When I tell them when and how to give my friend I take care of I'm her guardian and her nurse at home her Ms medication They don't give it to her Since they change their name companie there at that the bottom of the Barrel in my book now they didn't used to be this bad They were really good before And I am going to turn them into the medical board for negligence If she goes into Ms relapse they're going to get sued never again will trust this company

Do not go to this place. You get no information of what is going on, call light is a long wait - over 30 minutes, food is disgusting, service is non existing there.

My Son was at this place, it's a very good place. People are very nice and helpful, very good at their work. Thank you for helping my Son. 🙏💕

I am getting great help🙏🏽 Your staff is caring, great, helpful, make me feel safe and that I can can conquer it all ! Dr Christian S. is soooo fantastic ! Stu in Therapy is very caring. Your nurses make you feel the best. Not just medically but mentally. They listen to you. Yes under staffed. But so caring. Special attention to your CNA Elaine. FANTASTIC !!.. Ms Camille Gore... !

Pataice are mis treated and ignored

Yesterday my mom, 79 years old became a patient at Cobalt in SURPRISE AZ. The facility is so beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staffing are so polite, compassionate and understanding. They seemed to know exactly what my mom needed. Thank you so very much. God Bless!

NEVER EVER GO HERE. They will not explain that they will be keeping you. The Social workers really could care less and will get to you when they can. The Nurses are power hungry and will make sure they treat you like a child. They literally held the T.V remote from us because the song had a few bad words and we lost out T.V time... There is literally nothing you can do while you are there. they have crayons and coloring books and the puzzles are all missing pieces... Its horrible if you are having bad thoughts... The nurse practitioner was so rude and truly just wanted to you out of her office. I went for danger to myself and the entire 7 days I was forced to be there for no one talked to me about my issues. They do not provide care. Just to baby sit you.

These people provided poor care for 30 days and then kicked our Dad out the front door. He literally died within 30 minutes of there forced transport. I'd you care about someone don't leave them here. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.You've been warned. There are many reviews that tell the same story. It's as bad if not worse than you could ever expect..

My Dad was here almost 3 years ago and went again recently. He is kinda a picky guy and he trusts the staff and was grateful to have some of the same loyal staff members there to help him. He requested to be here and that speaks volumes. Very nice and Very clean facility. Thank you Cobalt! (Especially Trish)

My Aunt got sick there. She told the nurse to call 911. The nurse did not call 911 she said oh you’re fine you’ll be OK you’re breathing is fine. My aunt felt sick. She called 911 herself and within 21 hours she was dead with Covid. And a heart attack. This place should not even be around there is a complaint to the Maricopa county health department. this is not a place to keep people. The nurses or the nurses helpers CNA‘s, Don’t get paid enough so they don’t care. Please keep my aunt in your prayers. She died and I am so upset she died alone she got buried alone.
