The sister hospital Cobalt Rehab Hospital is horrible. Stay away. They have allowed my father to lay in a wet bed two mornings so far. He fell in the elevator and seriouly hurt himself.  The head nurse told me it happened due to a family member down...which was a lie. I talked to the quality control lady. She said keeping a patient in a wet and not answering the nurses bell is common in any facility. ***STAY AWAY****

Worst place you could ever send a loved one. Nursing staff is horrible as well as respiratory staff. They cannot get any real respiratory therapists to stay they use a staffing company. The one they have there now is a complete idiot. She works day shift and the nurses are frustrated as well. My loved one has suffered greatly with this lady taking care of him. I have spoken to the administrator and her hands are tied as there aren't any nurses or RTS with real experience knocking down the door. How is it ok that there is substandard nursing and respiratory care in these facilities. Are all the good ones just working in hospitals. God help the chronically ill. Like I said stay away from this place the nurses and respiratory staff stink!

Do not bring your loved one to this place.  You will not be allowed to visit them.  They are not following the Arizona Department of Health Services recommended visitation guidelines.  They currently do not allow any week-end visits which means if you work you can NEVER visit your loved one.

This place lacks professionalism and sensitivity.My mother in law was placed in this facility and it was heartbreaking to see how they treated the family. And if that's how they treated them how were they treating my mother in law whom we had no access too. Please consider other options. This place is terrible

WISH I COULD HAVE LEFT A NEGATIVE ZERO!Very insensitive, unprofessional and They miss lead you. Medical staff was okay. The social worker was ok. Administration is where the problem is!!!!! Very rude and big time prevaricator. If you have an option please for the best of your love one go with another facility. We regret it placing our mom here

DO NOT SENT ANYONE HERE FOR ANY REASON. This place is absolutely terrible.  My father was sent here at the recommendation of the hospital.  In these Covid times they would not let me tour the facility,  which I do understand and thought since the hospital recommended it, it must be ok. I was so wrong. The very first night, with the nurse not knowing I was on the phone, started yelling at my father over a glass of water. It was 3:00am and she yelled at him saying he had water at 10:30 and didn't need any damn water. The next day I tried to contact the facility,  I had seven different phone numbers, I tried for well over two hours and was unable to get anyone on the phone.  My father called saying he thought he was dying and no one would help him. I had to drive to the facility to try to talk to anyone. We had to call 911 and have him forcibly removed from there by police and the fire department.  He was crying when they wheeled him out. He said he was crying because he was so scared because of the care and so happy to be out of there. No loved one should have to go through anything like this. Especially someone who is completely dependent on the staff for his care. I love him too much to let him be mistreated or in this case, not being taken care of at all.

To say this facility is horrible/terrible is an understatement! Their interest is in making money not caring for your loved one. Please take your loved one else where! They made many promises and I came to understand they are just salesman wanting business! Our experience with this facility was a nightmare!

I wish there was an option to leave negative zero stars. This place is HORRIBLE‼ Do not walk away, but RUN!!! They do not treat loved ones like humans. They are simply a bed number and a dollar sign!!

The staff at the hospital were amazing. They treated my dad like royalty. They gave us hope from beginning to end with all of the success stories and weekly updates on his progress. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his care. Thank you Curahealth.

They admit they expect your loved one to die.They treat them like they expect them to die.Don't put your loved one in here unless you have given up. Nice enough people, totally understaffed. My dad crashed and got himself out of there by getting himself into the ER where he could be taken care of.
