My moms PCP. He takes weeks to call back or even have staff call back. Needed a hospital bed when my mother was discharged from hospital and it has been 2 months and the Adelante Health clinic has not sent notes from doctor to get bed approved. My mother has a bed sore from Banner health hospital in Sun city and it required a pressure alternating mattress. We've had to rent a mattress and bed out of pocket.

Dr. Gill listens to your concerns. He is always polite so his his staff. You receive the best care overall. My husband and I have been his patients over 3 years now. Even though we moved out of this area, we continue to see him. He is simply the best.

I had an in person appointment he was 3hrs behind for. He belittled me and was rude durinf the appointment. Then he missed 2 virtual followup telephone appointments and his staff refused to send my results and files to my family doctor sayibg they needed Dr Gills permission. I finally spoke to a manager and asked they be sent as they were my files and that was my right. Do not recommend this doctor.

Dr Gill is attentive and patient. He does not rush thru an appointment. He answers my questions with clear explanations.

Had test done Early May and had a scheduled Virtual Appointment scheduled for results May 20. Apparently Dr. Gill called an old out of service number. I have followed up with countless calls to his office since. I have spoken to staff and left numerous messages since and have either been told he will call me back or had my voice messages go un-responded to. Very frustrating. No follow up what so ever. I assume was able to bill for the first call attempt and anything else is not a billable service so no interest in completing the care that was started.

Dr Gill is exactly what I was seeking in a doctor. He listens and asks questions and then discusses options in order to determine what might work for ME. He recently suggested an innovative DNA test that showed why previous medications were ineffective. He is a rare find in our frustrating medical system.

Had a phone visit scheduled never received a call I called the office twice to tell them I was waiting for the call and I am still waiting. Totally disrespectful I will not be talking to him I will find another doctor somewhere who values another person's time. There should be some kind of repercussions for this kind of behaviour
