Desert Bloom Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My first time here today and my first time at a pcp in a very long time which made me very nervous. I saw Noemi and she is absolutely amazing! I came with alot of concerns and she listened. That's all I ever wanted in a family practice is to be heard and she went above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you Noemi and to the person before Noemi, you all are fantastic. ❤️

My experience yesterday was simply amazing. The office was lovely and front office was nice. I seen Caroline Lopez FNP and she was amazing and answered all my questions. The medical assistant was so sweet and nice. I’m so thankful I found them.

Dr. Hiler is a good doctor, but his office and medical staff are incompetent. They really are terrible. I've been going here for over 10 years and decided I've had enough. They can't get a simple antibiotic sent to my pharmacy, but they did send an inhaler. I don't use an inhaler and wouldn't know the first thing about using one. I called for three days, they didn't return a single call, and I ended up going to urgent care to get the antibiotic I needed. I'm going to call my insurance company to get a new doctor. His medical staff are incompetent.

I waited a month and a half for a check up, to show up to my appointment and be told they don't have me in the system! Not coming back here again! This is not the first time some type of incident happens. I should not been this loyal to stay with a clinic that does not care about people. Please go elsewhere to take care of you and your loved ones.

Recently changed my primary care physician only because my original PCP relocated and the distance was prohibitive. I was referred to Desert Bloom's nurse practitioner Christina Rocks-Lopez and hands down she's one of the best! I immediately liked her as a person an her approach as a professional. I felt cared for as a human not just a number. She is smart, personable, and listens. She knows her business. I go to the Surprise facility and it's clean, organized and inviting. I found at home with Desert Bloom.

Seen Dr. Chorney. The appointment felt rushed and he was not very thorough. He said he was going to order a lab and never did.

I if I can give you 10 stars, I will give you can start Christine rock and the staff and the surprise office or one of the best. One of the few doctors left in this world they will take the time and explain stuff to you from the front office through the back office to her 100% the best.

Alejandra in scheduling is horrible. She has a bad attitude and does not let you speak your needs and speaks over you. I called about an appt scheduled incorrectly and tried explaining to her the problem and see if they had a sooner appt to r/s she gave me an attitude and every time I tried to say something she would speak over me. When I told her to let me speak she said no because I was just repeating myself. I told her I was not because I had not gotten a word out because she kept speaking over me and not letting me speak. I have nothing bad to say about the doctors but staff like her make them look bad.
