I went in on 5/1/23 after work for allergy related sinus and ear infection symptoms. The staff as soon as I walked in the front door was a great start. I saw NP Perez and she was very friendly, listened and addressed all my concerns, patient, but most of all compassionate. The staff goes above and beyond! Great job! And thank u for your help!

Lack of owning responsibility in the billing department . Stay far away they will not bill you correctly or file paperwork correctly in a timely matter, blame you and then send your file to collections knowing that they are the ones in the wrong what a joke. The manager doesn't ever answer his phone either so good luck trying to report an incompetent employee!!! Nora might. No Nora is the rudest person in the entire company with no respect for herself or other people.

Came into this establishment because my son was having a tummy ache. Was welcomed in by a friendly Latina. Took my information and they were able to see my son fairly quick. Fast friendly. They truly seemed empathetic to my sons needs. Will be making this my go to urgent care.

As a parent I can honestly say I have never seen a “physician“ turn a patient away, I’ve never seen a physician refuse care to a patient let alone a patient whom won’t comply with control, not a prescribed service or procedural instruction, nor anything to do with actual healthcare, but control… this physician only cared that she was in control of all aspects of the visit and it’s narrative including malice… the physician, not only to turned away a child with a serious infection, but made issue over the fact we would not allow the desk attendant to keep the social security number associated with our policy on her “sticky note” directly violating numerous laws… simply put… unless you are willing to be misdiagnosed and have the physician refuse care while compromising your identity, records and privacy there’s no need to subject yourself to the blatant abuse and mistreatment of patients here!
