They had one doctor who could do the job and he left for Texas ( Dr. Mohindra) since then the office staff regularly doesn't answer the phones or leaves you on hold until the cows come home or the answering service comes on at closing. Messages have a 50/50 chance of being forwarded the same day and I don't like being told I have an appointment @ 9:30 am only to be told I can't be " squeezed in " till 11:30 when it was Doctor Cook who set up my visit and told me to be there @ 9:30 am . They charge $25.00 for no shows, how about paying me the same as my time is valuable to me as much as any doctors or desk jockeys is. I could not in any way shape or form recommend More MD to anyone anymore. They constantly disappoint since Doctor Mohindra moved back to Texas. Fast Med Urgent Care is just as capable now.

I was flabbergasted when I walked in to get blood work completed for my endocrinologist Dr. Dwivedi to find out he was no longer working there. NO Messages regarding he left More MD. I never felt so frustrated on the lack of concern for my care or need for this specialist. And then find out that there are no doctors employed there with this specialty. I'm glad I cancelled my appointment and will gladly go elsewhere!!!!

I'd give a zero if possible I've tried several times to get maintenance medication refills and so has my pharmacy but never received any, as long as you are in front of the doctor everything is good but when you leave they forget about you !!!!!!!!' I'm sick of the lack of care that so called medical professionals give these days I thought doctors took an oath but I guess they swear their allegiance to the almighty dollar !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'nn

Dr. Greatwood is one of the best primary care physicians I've had in my 70+ years. She takes her time with you, takes a personal interest in you, explains things thoroughly and is extremely thoughtful in her recommendations. If you're looking for a new provider, I think you'd be both pleased and impressed with her.

If you are a Type 1 diabetic absolutely DO NOT go here looking for an endocrinologist. The doctors here may be helpful for type 2 diabetes but they have no idea how to care for type 1. At one of my appointments there was a young man in the room with the doctor. The doctor introduced him as a medical student. I asked the man where he goes to medical school and he informed me that he is actually just a high school student and was an aspiring medical student and was just shadowing the doctor who was an uncle/family friend. I did not appreciate that the doctor lied about who the man was nor did I appreciate having some random high schooler stand in on my office visit. The doctor was prescribed me the wrong kind of medication for my insulin pump and was frustrated with me when I told him that that is literally the entirely wrong type of medication. The front desk ladies have no idea what is going on ever. I asked them if they had a portal where I could pay my co-pay and they told me they don’t have a portal? I asked the medical assistant in the back and she provided me with the link to the portal. You’d think the receptionists would know about their offices own portal Overall this place is unorganized and the doctors are so overbooked at multiple offices that they don’t care to actually listen to their patients and help them out. Definitely would recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Mohindra was the best. He listened and came to confuse decision. I felt very good about this office as a new patient.

Dr Greatwood is amazing! She is very compassionate and caring. I’m soo glad I found her to be my pcp. She is the best doctor I’ve ever had.. The office staff is very helpful. I am always able to get an appointment at a time that is convenient for me and there is not a long wait before I’m seen. I really like that I can schedule and do most things on in line or through text.
