I am not sure it was a good fit for me either. I don't care to have my appointment dates and times change constantly, being plead to and cried to during my appointment to get vaccinated against COVID before I was ready, being charged for 3 appointments at one time because my benefits weren't ran and then being badgered when asking to be seen because I owe money despite having already created and implemented a payment plan, and finally being denied to be seen until I remove my 1 star review. Why would I care to see more reviews when I have had my own experiences on top of the fact that I am sure I am not the sole person to have been asked to remove their poor one? So no, I don't think this practice is a good fit for me. I have suffered due to the poor interactions I've encountered. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Dr. Hancock is very sweet and easy to work with. I can’t wait to begin the process of helping my mental health.

Really rude office staff. They were supposed to be helping me transition and after reading the reviews, I thought it would be great to have them as my mental health team but I've been belittled by them every time I needed clarification. I don't know where all these positive reviews come from!

Just had my first appointment, it was really nice to be heard and finally have some answers to what's going on in my brain. Convient video appointments and text reminders. Feels good to have a plan in place to help me become better!

So far my experience has been very nice! I’ve tried getting into multiple psychiatric programs and by far this is one of the best ones! They have very fast & flexible service, very kind staff, and the psychiatrists are so sweet! Highly recommend :D

My experience with them has been great, they are professional along with feeling like you always have a friend to talk to. I have had a few appointments and they always let you know when your appointment is with a text message. During my appointment we get things done and have some laughs along the way. Highly recommend this office to anyone that needs it.

I absolutely love this practice! Not only is Dr Hancock exceptional, so is her staff. It is not easy to switch to a new doctor when your primary concern is mental health; the process has been dreadful for me in the past but after my last doctor changed practices I was referred to Dr Hancock and praise God I was. She is so kind and compassionate. She truly listens with intent and concern. I’m grateful to have found myself at her practice. This normally, very difficult transition, has been a smooth one. I recommend her over and over again!

My son just had his second appointment. So far we really like the care that he is receiving. They are all very kind. They listen to you and your concerns and help you through them. They are easy to get ahold of and respond promptly. I would definitely recommend them!
