Second visit today. After waiting an hour the doctor comes in and doesn’t say sorry for the wait and spends 5 minutes with me. In both instances the medical assistants were short and talked over me and so did the physicians . I don’t think I will be back. I have worked in the medical field for 25+ years as medical assistant and office manager and I never treated patients like this and if my staff did I corrected them. Poorly managed facility.

Not fond of Dr. Christine Zimmerman and her snarky attitude

Very slow, staff at front desk are so nonchalant. I feel like I see a new doctor everytime I come here. I won’t ever use Adelante in Surprise again during my pregnancy. To be honest I wouldn’t come here for any other services.

This location has definitely contradicted the significance of the quality and delivery of healthcare. My last visit with Dr. Christine Zimmerman was the worst experience ever as she neglected to provide the proper health services and substantial health advice that I was asking for. Most of her responses to my questions and concerns throughout our encounter consisted of “I don’t know”responses, negative body language that displayed disrespect, condescending manners, and undesirable engagement with the conversation. I recommend not booking with her as this is truly unacceptable to the medical care system.

Where is the results for my leg

I've tried so many doctors at the surprise location, all garbage, they do not care and they give you 1001 different reasons as to why they refuse bloodwork you know you need or scans its all insurance mumbo jumbo garbage. They stall and wait until you have a huge illness like cancer and even then they feed you more poison. Dr. Christine Zimmerman especially is clueless to her job, pick literally any other doctor. If you have to come here I suggest you do your research before hand so you're well informed because they will feed you a crock of $hit and move on with their merry day. this place is a joke.

I really wish I read the reviews before booking an appointment w/OB. I felt incredibly judged and discriminated against for my looks. I've been to 2 other locations and felt very taken care of with the most respect. Naturally, I made the assumption it would be the same here. This location doesn't have the same care in the slightest. Don't come here, it isn't worth it.

I will no longer be using Adelante Healthcare. This is the fourth time I have shown up to an appointment, and they have needed to reschedule me due to double booking or other issues. I also just had a virtual visit and couldn’t have my appointment because they couldn’t find my insurance information that I had given to them twice already. Also, the ONE appointment I was able to have did not address my needs in the slightest. Very disappointed.
