If I could give negative stars I would. The doctors do not care and don't take their role seriously. My 16 yr old was seen over a week ago for an elevated resting heart rate. Bloodwork was done, I called 3x for it and asked for a copy. It took entirely too long to get it back...I do regular blood work so I know the timeline. Everything was normal. Not one call about our concerns or next steps. It's not normal for anyone to have a resting rate of 149-200!! I've scheduled an appt with a heart dr. The dr should have suggested this!!! The dr never had anyone follow up. This is sloppy and careless!!!

After only 3 visits to the office my provider decided that we weren't a good fit because she heard me say that I felt she berated me about the patient portal. Apparently I abused the portal everyday for a week trying to get updates and questions answered. I also made the comment that maybe I should find somewhere else that cares. Boy has health care changed. They are suppose to be there for the patients not the other way around considering you only get 15 minutes and 5 minutes is spent on them looking on their computer, then they run you out if you're done or not. No one cares anymore. They continue taking more and more patients and the quality is gone not to mention they are never on time.

Really upset with billing department. Yes I was late on my $75 dollar payment, I usually pay my last bill when I come in for an appointment. I give them a call to pay, they say their billing system is down and would give me a call back. No call back (even though the rude billing secretary today said they did, and if they did they didn't leave a message) and today I get a text message that my bill was sent to collections. Good doctor, good front office, but honestly the rudest billing department I've ever dealt with. I'm going to look for new health clinic now.

I gave my visit a 3-star only cause the nurse was awesome. The doctor i saw asked all of 6 questions and spent less than 2 minutes with me. He never even made eye contact with me. No personal connection at all. I did everything i could to schedule my next appt when he wasnt available.

I had two appointments with Susanne Topolosek, PA-C in the Surprise clinic. I was extremely impressed by my providers knowledge and her bedside manners. She asked me the crucial questions, ordered the important blood tests and prescribed the appropriate medication for my situation. I was seen on time, without any delay. It is worth mentioning that the clinic has the phlebotomist on-site who was extremely professional and helpful as well. I consider myself very lucky to have found this facility for my medical needs. I was new to Arizona and it was crucial to me to find a reliable clinic with the awesome staff.

Absolutely amazing!! They are quick, efficient and kind!! Highly recommended!!

I have been coming to this office for eight years. The medical team is great. They are always very friendly . Short wait times, easy to schedule an appointment. I can not say the same of the front desk. Veronica could not be more rude. She does not greet me when I come in. She pretends she doesn't know me, I am in the office once a month. She will not make eye contact. She makes scheduling an appointment difficult. I have seen her interact with other patients. She makes eye contact, smiles and has conversations with them. This has been my experience for the past year. It was great when someone else was brought in a few months ago to work the closing shift. She is always smiling and welcoming. There was no one at the desk yesterday when I came for my appointment. I signed in and was standing in the waiting area where I could be easily seen by anyone . When she came back to the desk she did not acknowledge me and waited a few minutes then went to the back to let them know I was there for my appointment. The first point of contact is the face of your business.

I've gone here twice now for my neck pain and the staff are very nice. Dr. Pessin is an excellent Chiropractor. He takes time to answer all my questions and educate me. I've been feeling like a huge weight on my shoulder has been lifted off each adjustment. The male massage therapist ( I can't remember his name)also does a great job and is such a nice professional person. I highly recommend this place.

Patrice NP is the best!
