I didn't see Dr. Tapia at this location, but rather at Adelante Healthcare in Surprise. The entire process was a joke. Delayed appointment (45 min), no communication between staff members or with patients who had been waiting FOREVER. Then the doctor just talked at me, in my face the entire time. Every time I backed up, he got closer. Very uncomfortable. Then, I called in for a refill on simple birth control and every single person I spoke to was nasty about it, lied to me about medical practice in the state and stated that AZ law was the reason they couldn't refill it after 3 months (I'm not uneducated about this stuff - I know my rights as a patient as well as laws in AZ regarding medication). They caused me to miss an entire month of birth control because of their inability to follow expected procedure. Absolutely do not recommend.
