I needed to speak with someone regarding an insurance authorization question and was on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes before giving up and hanging up my phone.

Worst customer service ever! You make an appointment and then are asked to wait for an hour and a half. No thanks!

Because I was required to pay a co pay on a service before it was run through my insurance I am owed a refund since last March. I was finally told I would get it in November. Then they changed bill processors. I have now called the new processor every month up to today only to be told they are again sending my request to the refund department. I'm done. I live in Arizona so I'm going to the headquarters in Scottsdale to see if anyone can help me in person. I get at least 6 radiology procedures a year and I will never use SimonMed again.

The scheduler on the phone barely spoke english and even though I told him THREE TIMES which location, he still scheduled us for the wrong place! So we show up to what was supposed to be our appointment, only for them to tell us they scheduled us at a different location. And they can't get us in for another week. ALWAYS problems every single time we use Simonmed. Banner Imaging from here on out, I will never go back to Simonmed.

Simon Med Is probably the worst facility I have ever used.. I have been to at least 2 locations and both of them are old and dirty looking, the upholster chairs are filthy to the point you don't even want to sit on them.. Your staff at the front desk are uneducated and unprofessional.Now I'm told you no longer bill insurances you want payment up front that's ridiculous..If it wasn't for the fact that most doctors if Mr. Doctor's use your facility I would never step foot in one again.. Take some clues from banner imaging their facilities are new they're clean and everyonewhere is professional.

While they had a huge amount of people in the waiting room, the wait time was very short, and they were quick and efficient.

Went to have an x-ray done. 1 poor girl at front being swamped. After 20 minutes summertime helped her. You can tell that the front office is overworked and that people weren't getting along. Waited over an hour, and when called two other people who hadn't even been there long were called in also. The place here worse every year
