This provider and his staff refered my wife to a third party that they state she was covered for a urine sample. They deliberately lied and said we were covered. when we called about this they used the line "it's the patients responsibility to know" then why would you answer that question? We now received a bill for $380 when they haven't even billed the prior sample she did a few months ago. When we inquired about the first bill they said "we don't know why it wasn't sent." But still expect us to pay it. Crooked practices. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. They will tell you one thing and lead you completely in the wrong direction. Their misguidance has caused us to use a provider we thought was in network and was not. We would've moved on without them had they said it was not covered. You should've told us you can't provide that information. You provided a definitive "yes". After multiple calls and follow ups they refuse to cover the bill they misled us into obtaining. Why would we use a provider outside of our network? We will be letting everyone know of this experience and I will be posting on other platforms. Look forward to hearing from you.

Poor follow-up after ordering lab tests. Took 5 days after repeated unreturned phone calls to be told - you have an infection and we can see you in 3 weeks.

Great Doctor great person. He made me feel very comfortable, kept up to date with my issue and rendered a solution and I feel so much better.

Don't bother calling this doctor for information about an appointment. All calls go to someone's voiccemail and they say they will gt back to you in a day or two. Do not expect to hear from them the same day you call. It won't happen. He's a nice guy if you don't mind being treated 'in the dark.' You may only get to see his assistant, who is also very nice. But you may not even see the doctor even though that's who you made he appointment with.

Excellent Dr. Dr J explained my medcal problen in depth. He operated on me, no issues great care. He is compassionate as is his staff. Glad my family physician recommended him.

One person from his staff was that know it all, cut you off, always right, talk down to you type. Too bad he has chosen to have her represent his business. Go elsewhere unless you like dealing with people like that.

The doc is the sweetest guy. Too bad he has a staff member who is the complete opposite. Find another urologist unless you like arguing with staff.

HE WAS COMPASSIONATE AND THOROUGH. THE PATIENT IS A VERY DIFFICULT PERSON TO DEAL WITH YET HE FOUND DR JAY PLEASANT AND QUITE NICE TO WORK WITH. FELT VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT IN THE DR'S DIAGNOSIS AND AFTER ARE.

the office staff is incompetent. don't expect any help from them if you need them to call you back on a question or handle a pre-authorization

Dr. J maybe good and his PA Merieme is great but the office staff wouldscrew up a 2 car funeral. no followup and if you call you will not get a return call. been waiting for 2 weeks and have called 4 times
