DO NOT GO HERE!!!I went there for 4 yrs & always paid for both kids. Aside from ONE time. Today my son started bleeding from the ear and they said unless I paid they $97 I owed them they wouldn’t see him. So then I get the money & call back & then she says I would also have to pay for my visit today. These people don’t care if your child is in an actual emergency, only about money. Stay far away.

Do as I say not as I do... the absolute hypocrisy in the Surprise Pediatric office is disgusting!!! Follow up for a sports injury requires you to sit among the "sick side" of the office but at no point is staff expected to follow "Covid Protocol" nor do they appear professional at any stage of the administrative to healthcare interactions.... do better be better needs to be taught among common courtesy and respect to the entire staff!!

So I called the office today in need of help. My son has asthma and has multiple symptoms of COVID-19. I was informed they wouldn’t see him which is fine and directed me to urgent care or the ER. I then asked for a refill on his inhaler to which the (unqualified)MA denied. I then requested to speak with someone with more qualifications after about 5 minutes on hold the (0 qualifications) office manager gets on the phone and denied the request as well and refused my request to speak to someone with any qualifications. Nothing is more important than your children and people like this do not deserve your trust in caring for them. I’ll be finding a new Dr for my son.

I am amazed by the continued great care my 4 children receive at Surprise Pediatrics, since we have been going there for almost 18 years. Recently, we saw Dr. Bansal, she is amazing! Dr. Bansal shows compassion, empathy and truly cares about the children. What a relief to know that my children are receiving the best care when she treats them. We are very lucky that Dr. Bansal has joined Surprise Pediatrics.

Dr. Pham and all of his staff have been wonderful partners in working together to help children reach all of their milestones. We are thankful for such a wonderful pediatricians office in the Surprise/ El Mirage community.

The environment is amazing and the staff is so kind! My little boy is super shy but when he visits this place he is super energetic. He loves this place and so do I! Best place to take your kids! My little one is 18 months as well. So it's a great place for the super small ones!!!

I recommend you take your child(ren) to this Dental Office. They are very friendly, and comforting. The Dentist kept us informed and explained the pictures of the teeth they took. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere. I love the tree theme. Awesome all around

The staff is amazing, so friendly, polite, understanding, and the Dr. Miner very caring ❤ I am so happy that I found an amazing dentist to take all five kiddos too! Thank you

They are all super nice and patient. My daughter is 3 and super hesitant but they were very patient with her and were able to get done what they needed to. She loved the overhead tv’s watching Barbie. We both love this place (:
