I starting seeing Dr. Getz & have a very positive experience with her. She has listened & followed up with my medical concerns. Her staff also are patient friendly.

I found that she would not respond when I requested 3 times for a referral and twice for a prescription refill. I have changed doctors.

You can never get thru,, Doc is always busy to many patients, in case of emergency we can never speak to anyone that can help, left messages

I have observed DR Getz on multiple occasions as both my doctor and my spouses. My wife experienced incredible back pain that was disabling. In the end, she offered a basic Pain pill and said that should be good enough. After two more days of tears, we went back to her office. She was unavailable and another doctor went to great lengths to help my wife. This week, my wife displayed Covid symptoms. It started on Saturday. We called one Tuesday, as it was a holiday on Monday. They said they would call back. No call back. On Wednesday, I called again. Notes in file said she called us at 4:32 and left an email. Not accurate. Today Thursday, called again. Now I have Covid as well. Told Dr Getz has no time to see my wife and sent to A clinic 30 minutes away. I suggest you avoid this Doctor if you care about your health.

If you are taking prescription for any controlled substance such as Xanax Dr Getz will not write the Prescription. After using Dr Cox at Banner Health for 8 years without any issues Dr Cox left the practice and I needed to transfer doctors. Dr Cox wrote scripts for Xanax that I have been taking for more than 30 years Dr Getz would not renew my prescription and told me no other doctor in the office Would renew any controlled scripts. I asked for a renewal for 30 days since I was a running low On the pills. Dr Getz declined putting me in a medical conundrum since I now had to find A new doctor very quickly. This lacks from medical profession practices as my health was now a Big concern . Dr Getz would not Even speak to me on the phone to Explain her position. Find another doctor since her concern for patients is lacking.

She has never touched me as she just comes in and sits and asks you what you need. She calls it a well visit and orders no tests and the blood work she does order they must code it incorrectly as insurance doesn't pay - it's all about the money. I needed an order for a mammogram today and the MA said she would sign the order and after waiting 2 hours at Valley Radiology they called back and she said she would not sign it as I had not been to see her this year.

All she does is sit down and talk about anything but your health. She orders no tests unless you ask for them and won't order a mammogram unless you see her first. It's all about the money as if you have 2 problems they want 2 visits. What a joke

She isn’t friendly and it took two visits before she stopped rushing through the visit. After the third one she started to take more time. I don’t think she is the most knowledgeable doctor but there are worse. If you stick with her she eventually gets more helpful but as another reviewer points out she makes a separate appointment for everything. That can be frustrating.

unprofessional as they come. if your expecting to get help, and have a doctor follow up in a timely matter, she is not the one. whats even worse, i waited 18 days to be seen by her, only for her to come into my room after waiting for 30 mins with my daughter for her to tell me that she cant help me and to get help from my previous doctor!!!! then she billed me any way. when i disputed the charge she sent it to collections.

Money doctor Terez Getz is a perfect example of what's wrong with our health system. She's only in it for the money, The more patients she sees the more money she takes home, complete disregard to the patient's needs. I went to see her for an Annual Well Being check up, usually with other doctors i saw in my life it takes more than just five minutes! She did that almost REMOTELY, barely used the stethoscope on me. tried to bill me to see my lab results, and again to send my prescription.
